The food here is not bad. I thought the Thai donuts they give you as a dessert were the best part. The Spicy Drunken Noodles had a certain offputting flavor but it didn’t totally overpower the dish. Overall it was pretty good. The service at the Boca location was decent, and the prices are overall reasonable for the amount of food they give you. It’s a little pricier than Panda Express, but the food quality is much higher. The relaxed atmosphere inside the restaurant is pretty nice as well.

Peiwei never disappoints when it come to fast, easy and amazing service and food. I had an early dinner with my family and I was greeted with a welcoming greet from Olivia the manager. Hannah the waiter who both took my order and served it to me and my family was incredibly sweet. By far one of the nicest waitresses I’ve meet in fast food restaurant.

By far one of the cleanest Pei Wei restaurants I’ve ever seen. Aside from consistent delicious hot Asian foods, I am amazed at the efficiency of this expert Kitchen Staff/Team. They are like a world class sports club-each has their position and executes in flawless style and grace. Mind blowing other competitors don’t copy what Chef Olivia and the crew do to expedite and serve the public. I highly recommend this location for the great food, clean venue and amazing staff! I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience while placing a to-go order with Hannah. She displayed a negative attitude and exhibited rude behavior as soon as I began speaking to her. Due to her rushing through my first order, I forgot to include another item. Hoping for a different encounter, I approached her again on my second visit to the counter, but her demeanor remained unchanged. She appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting a paying customer. As a manager myself, if any of my employees were to show such disrespect towards our customers, they would be terminated immediately. Additionally, the quality of the food was not up to par. Normally, this establishment maintains a consistent level of excellence, but that was not the case on this occasion.

The food is good most of the time, but my main issue is NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I know I’ve chosen not to eat there many times because I don’t have time to go in and order, wait 20-30 minutes for food. I just wish I could order ahead and pick it up. What an idea that is, calling ahead?! I’ve asked staff if phones are down, they said no. I asked have you taken any phone orders? They said no. I said don’t you think that’s odd? No reply. Either they don’t care or want to answer the phone or system is down. Pretty sure the phone system is working just fine. Disappointing to say the least.

Wow this location sits in the shadow of Benihana but the food doesn’t. First let me tell you about the wonton soup. It tasted like it was made in Taiwan. The perfect combination of flavor and spice creating a surprisingly hearty broth. For the entree i had the new firecracker chicken and it had the perfect bite with its lightly battered coating. I highly recommend.

Simple Pleasures

So we’ve been eating in this location since it opened. And in the beginning with litterly could not get enough of this place, and when they added the orange chicken to the menu we were thrilled as well as the shrimp app.

Decided to have Pei Wei in Boca Raton cater our office holiday party and it did not disappoint! The manager Alex assured me that everything would be perfect from start to finish and it def was! Everything was perfectly packed (I had tons of diff packing requests to ensure the food would taste as fresh as possible) and the staff couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was! First time but def won’t be the last! Thank you Alex for everything!
