This place was awesome! The employees were spot on! We arrived 5min before our order was to be ready & sat at a table to wait patiently. Then this lady customer showed & started really taking it out on the employees about how she hadn’t eaten all day & that she shouldn’t have to wait for a customer who ordered online because they’re not in the store right now & she was. Tell me, how was it the restaurants fault this woman didn’t feed herself breakfast or lunch, before she showed up there for dinner?

I was tracking the delivery online when the delivery was within 1 minute and all of a sudden it changed to 12 minutes delivery time, strange. Once our food finally arrived Cold 23 minutes past the expected delivery time, it was the wrong order. Dave the general manager was apologetic & kind enough to extend a refund for the meal (I will not know if this refund actually happens for the next few days as I placed my order this day (8/10/23) and I’m sure the refund takes time to process; however despite the kindness of a refund, it didn’t make up for our dinner tonight. And once again we are out of luck with this side kitchen. I’d like to keep ordering from here but unfortunately this isn’t the first time my food has been delivered cold and incorrectly. I hope they start to implement some changes to counteract these errors in the future. Clearly so far they haven’t changed despite prior incidents, which is why I’m leaving This honest review here.

I used to love eating here and haven’t in a long time. I was so excited, but I had to wait 1 hour and 20 min for my food. When I went to eat the food at home, it was missing ingredients. I was so unhappy . Don’t think I will ever go back.
