I ordered for pickup from Grubhub, and when I got there to pick up my order, my food was held hostage and they refused to give it to me. They said they needed to see the name for the order, but I showed her my receipt and she said it wasn’t good enough. I showed her my grubhub account name, offered to show them my ID, and they refused. I argued with them for over five minutes before they gave me my own food that I ordered for PICKUP just to get me to leave.

The “manager” at the Woodbridge Location was rude and for some reason in such a big hurry that customer service was even further from his mind than good manners. I asked him his name and he said “I don’t know”. He had a colleague standing next to him and I asked him and he said he did know. I asked him if he knew his own name and he said “not really”. We were going to order another meal to bring home for our son but with this kind of service decided to walk away. Today is June 28/ 2023 and we were at the Woodbridge location about 7:30 pm. The phone number on the receipt does not allow for a message to be left. I hope the owner reads this review and stops disgracing the name of the chain.

Food was disgusting. The orange chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. It was extremely soggy. The bourbon chicken tasted like regular grilled chicken. Should have went to Cajun grill.

I recently visited Pei Wei Asian Kitchen food stand at Potomac Mall in Woodbridge and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the lady at the counter was very pushy and insisted that I get noodles or rice even though I specifically asked for just chicken and vegetables due to my dietary restrictions. I gave in and ordered noodles with the chicken and vegetables, thinking I could bring it home for my husband. However, when I received my order, I was extremely disappointed with the small amount of chicken and vegetables that were drowned out by an overwhelming amount of noodles. The vegetables were white and showed signs of being frozen and not even steamed properly. This was not what was advertised on the picture above the counter.

Food is average and the guy told me you could get three portions of meat and I wanted two portions of the shrimp and when I asked he told me it would be a 1.29 upcharge. I told him never mind and when I looked back at my receipt after leaving the mall he STILL charged me for the extra shrimp even though I didn’t get it… I would not recommend

Oh My god. These people are absolute cheaters. Charge 9 dollar for 2 items and dump a bunch of onions in your plate. Do NOT go here. Go to Sarku Japan or Cajun Grill next door. At least they will give you the food you just paid for.

Like a Panda Express, but worse. Food made me sick within 30 minutes. I had orange chicken, Mongolian chicken and noodles along with a chicken egg roll. Egg roll was gross. Bad taste. Noodles were not good either. Mongolian chicken was the only item worth eating. On top of this, we asked for an additional plastic fork for my grandson to share a plate, and they told us NO! A plastic fork. They said we had enough. I will never eat here again and I do not recommend this place! Take your money and appetite somewhere else.

Terrible service. All of the workers have an attitude. I should be glad that they at least gave me what I payed for. My daughter went to ask them for a refill willing to pay for it but they just ignored even though she was waiting for more than 10 min, and when they finally saw her they just gestured her to go away. We will not me ordering her ever again .
