I love Pei Wei, but there’s something wrong lately with the chicken at this particular location, and it’s happened on multiple occasions, not just a one-off. It tastes old, and there’s been a lot of gristle in it.

The employee failed to get my order right. I asked the employee for the right order. He ignored me. I asked him again and he replaced the order. Another employee laughed about it. When I got the order, it had an excessive amount of seasonings and three shrimps. It was different than the order that I received based on previous visits. I asked for the manager. The employee said, “the manager is not in”. I left my business card. Prior to leaving, several employees informed me that the manager was one of the cooks. They clearly identified him. It was a bad experience. I will not spend another penny at Pei Wei. Note: The employee did not take the (food) wrong order off the table. It stayed on the table until one of the cooks came from the kitchen and cleaned the table prior to leaving. Shame on the manager!

I payed way too much to have bad service. I was told after placing my order at the counter that they would call my name when my food was ready. They never called my name and had me waiting more than 40 minutes for my order. The guy at the front counter was unorganized and didn’t acknowledge me until I had to go up to the front counter and remind him I was waiting for my order. I was also disappointed with the food. The rice was not fully cooked on my sushi rolls and the rice bowl was dry and flavorless. All away around it was a bad experience and recommend people go somewhere else for lunch. This place deserves zero stars!

My third trip to this particular restaurant. Definitely had better egg rolls. The pork egg rolls were not flavorful at all. The “regular” sized Mongolian Beef was significantly smaller than previously served. The Mongolian Beef was flavorful and delicious.

Awful customer service. Placed my order online an hour ahead of time and the gentlemen with gray hair who is always working there asks what’s my name after I had been standing in take out for about 10 mins. Then he comes back and says they ran out of what I ordered and offered me replacement but my original meal was more expensive than the replacement.

Fast service with online ordering and pick up. However, the food was not good. I always get the kung pao chicken. It is spicy and even though I’ve asked for it mild, my requests have been ignored so I stopped making the request. Last night though was highly disappointing. It was so spicy I could not even eat it. Waste of money. I really don’t care for any of their other dishes. All of the things I would eat are too spicy. I wish they would give you the option of going light on the chili sauce.

We tried the Pad Thai, spicy tuna roll, and spicy Korean rice(chicken). We’ve eaten here once before and we both remember really liking what we had. Things were different this time. Her Korean rice was good but the tuna roll was mediocre at best. It almost seemed like it was premade or maybe even from yesterday. As for the Pad Thai, it really seemed like something was missing, I usually love Pad Thai, even different variations but this may have been the worst Pad Thai I’ve had. Maybe this was a one-off and not typical of their pad thai, but I don’t see myself going back.

Great location, the food was great, and the table service was exceptional. The clerk who took our order didn’t seem to care that paying customers were there but she was the exception. Nice atmosphere, nice music, just a very enjoyable and relaxing dining experience.
