Delicious made fresh served piping hot. I requested no red bell peppers and didn’t get any! That almost never happens at fast food Asian restaurants. Fast and moderately priced. YUM!

They were out of several things on a Saturday at noon. Ordered on the app and they are supposed to text you when it was ready, a text didn’t happen and their numbering system is confusing. Drinks were not ready when the meal was, so we had to wait a few more minutes. The portions were small, the food was cold, and the fortune cookies are also lame, all at a premium price.

14.99 for the Teriyaki Chicken plus 1.51 tax for total of 16.50 you get a small portion and you’ll still be hungry. Food taste is ok. Got 1 piece of spinach, a little lettuce and a lot of rice. Short line so I decided to try it. IFood is ok but a little spendy, which is expected in Seattle Airport.

There are many great food options at SeaTac Airport. We wanted chicken fried rice. Pei Wei has it. And, it is excellent. Tasty with a good portion of chicken. Here’s the kicker. I asked for a cup of water. The server said, we don’t give away water. She offered to sell me a cup for 87 cents or suggested I buy a bottle of water. Look at the picture of the entrance. There is a cooler filled with water. Very disappointing. No water for me at Pei Wei. Instead, I went next door to Starbucks. They gave me a free cup of water with a smile. In the end, it wasn’t about my money. I bought a Flat White coffee at Starbucks and appreciated the service. While Pei Wei has a good product, they miss the mark for good service. Repeat customers come back for the service. I’ll skip Pei Wei next time.

Be prepared for it to be a 20 minute wait for food with a small line of people. Food is served hot. Food taste is good enough. Amount of chicken and chow mein is maybe 4 ounces. Get extra if that’s not enough cashiers are moving fast, but food prep is not done ahead of time adequately

Touch screens function poorly, also do not list all entrees on the menu. Meal listed on receipt is not the meal I ordered. I pointed this out to the cashier and was informed that “lettuce wraps extra tofu” means “garlic tofu and rice”. Do not be fooled if there is a short line, you’ll be there awhile

Got takeout at SeaTac airport. If I could give this a zero I would! Absolutely the worst Asian takeout I have ever had…and I’m 57! Got their signature original chicken and it was truly awful. It was deep fried bread balls with maybe two small chicken pieces. The rest were breaded bread chunks. The sweet and sour sauce was incredibly sweet and drenched everything. If you value your health (and your sense of taste) in any way, don’t eat here!

Very good! But super disappointing. I ordered no onions, and only received red peppers… no spinach, carrots, or snap peas.

The meal you see pictured cost almost $20. Insane. Boring, limp noodles and non-descript orange chicken. Asked for tap water and the lady behind the counter gives me an empty cup and directions to a bottle filling station. She is standing right next to a soda fountain. After the wild goose chase (either her directions are terrible or it doesn’t exist) we returned and had her fill our water glasses, which she should have done the first time. My family of four cost over $80 to feed mediocre Asian food. For $80, Pei Wei can afford some tap water without a hassle.

The number of reviews here complaining about the price and long lines seem to be missing the part about this place being at the airport. Yes, it’s about twice as expensive as it should be (blame airport rent). Yes, if the airport is really busy there can be a wait. Yes, Seatac should have more places to eat, more places to sit, etc. Stop taking out your anger on this poor restaurant.
