We came to Buckhannon to do our taxes and got here early so we needed breakfast. Internet search took us to this place. Quaint and comfortable setting. Friendly service. Easy to find. I highly recommend it! By the way, I had the Reuben and my husband had the big breakfast with giant thick pancakes.

Huge steak hoagie!!! I had it topped with American, mozzarella and Oliverios peppers. It was fantastic! My husband got a bacon cheeseburger. Although the grilled bun was a bit dark in top (our server offered to have it replaced) he said it was equally delicious. Fries and onion rings were good. But the best part???? The graham cracker cream pie!!! Those are hard to come by anyway and this one was amazing!!! (It was actually homemade by our server!!) Our server was extremely busy but she was very friendly, helpful and did her best to see that everyone was served in a timely manner. We’ll definitely be back!!

Was good when it was Zico’s but now it is under new management with the name Peggy’s. Food was awful. Will not go back and would not recommend the sausage gravy. It was very watery. My 6 year old will try anything and he isn’t picky but he said it was disgusting. Even my two cats wouldn’t touch it but they’ll raid our sausage gravy when we make it.

Great little place for home cooked food. We don’t live in WV. I used to…was born and raised. Good country atmosphere with very great food and reasonably priced! Will return when we are headed to Elkins/Valley bend again!
