Whenever we are in the bay area, we find Peets. We live in the foothills bow so the closest one is nearly an hour away. This time we were in Dublin. It never disappoints. The atmosphere is always a relaxed vibe, the food is yummy and the coffee is literally the best. Why can’t other places get steamed milk right? The coffee tastes better than anything around.

Great staff and coffee. Can be busy in the AM so get your mobile order in to be “in & out”. Also good place to chill or do some laptop work. Small seating area outside is nice in the Spring or Summer.

Friendly baristas. A plethora of tables both inside and outside. Lots of work space. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to Wells Fargo, Safeway, Armadillo Willy BBQ, Amici pizza and a yogurt place. Across the street is a nice playground with a water area for kids to play called Emerald Glen Park. Dublin Farmer’s market is opened every Thursday from 4-8pm in the park too.

Best coffee. I usually order their coffee beans online, finally got a chance to stop and grab a fresh coffee. Ordered a French vanilla latte with extra espresso. It smells and tastes like heaven. I usually have other coffee places put less sweetener but theirs is dead perfect and damn good.

I regularly go to this Peet’s since it is close to my house – it usually takes a long time to receive my drink. Over the past few months, I had learned to order my drink via the app well in advanced (10+ minutes) so the drink is ready when I arrive. However, this time around was an extremely disappointing experience. I had friends over for the holidays so I decided to take them as well. It took close to 30 minutes to receive our drinks. On top of that, the drinks were inaccurate and we had to tell the staff about our missing drink twice since they had forgotten about it. One of the drinks ordered was a iced coffee and I received a cold brew – when I asked the barista to remake the drink, they said “it is basically the same thing”. This was extremely disappointing to hear, especially from a barista – they should not be saying that iced coffee and cold brew are the same thing. Very disappointed by this experience, especially because I love Peet’s coffee and this location is within walking distance.

They need another espresso/coffee machine to make the specialty coffees and more staff. I haven’t been here in a while and 8-9am is the worse time at Peet’s. I waited 25-30 minutes for my coffee. I know this because I finished eating my pastry and I checked the time from ordering coffee till I had the coffee in my hand. I should of ordered just plain black coffee instead. Come to Peet’s when you are not in a rush to go to work or if there’s ever a time they are slow during the day. Coffee this morning was okay and spent about $12 for a medium ice blended coffee and 1 pastry. Getting too pricey.
