First time at this location so it may have been a bad morning. We waited to be acknowledged by the person on register who wouldn’t make eye contact and never said they would be with us in a moment until they were told to help us by the manager. We waited for a while after putting in our order and I was given my coffee quick, but they forgot my boyfriend’s drip coffee. They remembered his banana bread, but forgot my pastry. All in all disorganized so not sure what happened. Other locations have been totally fine.

Please don’t go to this coffee and pastry joint we’ve been frequenting on the weekends. The app estimates a 20-minute wait for our order, but let’s be honest, we always end up waiting for over 40 minutes. The staff moves at a snail’s pace, gossiping and chatting more than attending to their customers. And let me tell you, their lack of attention has caused us to receive cold coffee and no pastry multiple times. Do they not realize we have a bored baby to entertain while waiting for our order? I decided to take matters into my own hands and visit this location a few days ago. And what do I find? Four employees behind the counter, just chatting away, completely ignoring me. It took ages for one of them to come over and take my order finally. Talk about terrible customer service. And don’t even get me started on my most recent visit. The so-called “manager” was multitasking like a madman, handling baked goods, taking orders, and giving change simultaneously. Sure, he wore gloves, but that didn’t make me uneasy. How much attention can one person possibly give to each task?

Ordered a matcha frappe and for whatever reason there was barely any ice in it, i thought frappes are suppose to have a slushy consistency but mine was all liquid with a thin layer of ice on top, when i tried to mix the drink with my paper straw since thats all they have, straw broke as expected. Please make sure drink is what it should be next time

We’ve been Peet’s customers for years but this is really it. Every weekend we order coffee with pastry. The app says the wait time is 20 min. Okay. But it consistently takes them 40 min and more to just heat up the pastry. They move very slow, chat nonstop and pay no attention to their customers. At the end, it’s been so many times when we got cold coffee, no pastry, and crying baby because he was completely bored by waiting. This is the worst service ever! We did like Peet’s coffee but the Starbucks across the street is our go-to now because they are excellent in their speed and customer service. So so sad about Peet’s.
