I teach yoga at a studio close by so it’s nice to grab a coffee afterwards. The girls at the register were very nice and helpful. I got a large lavender almond milk latte & it’s definitely way better than Starbucks!

(5 photos) The new center this Peets is in is wonderful. Lots of great things to do after you have had your Peets coffee. The service was a little slow and disorganized, but that could be “chalked up” to it only being open 5 days (Monday, we visited Saturday). Parking was very crowded, but that could also be tied to the fact that there are so many new establishments just opening. The particular coffee we had was so-so. All in all, the experience was kind of blah, but we would be happy to try it again after it has been opened a while and have had a chance to work out the kinks.

I typically love Peet’s and his shop was gorgeous however this was my first time at this location and i had a bad encounter with one of the baristas. I ordered my beverage on the app since it’s promoted all over the store. On the app it gives you the option to order your beverage with “light” sweetener so that’s what i did since I’m not a fan of sweet coffee. After getting my drink i noticed it was extremely sweet so i returned it in hopes that they can remake it so it’s not so sweet. When telling the barista, if they could possibly remake it with less syrup, another barista named Emma with reddish hai rudely said “that’s what i already did” and rolled her eyes in front of the staff there. I was caught off guard and just responded “well can you please make it with even less then please?” And she just gave me a dirty looked and didn’t respond. Her attempt to make me feel stupid was unprofessional and I’ve never experienced this before. I hope she can get the proper training to adjust her attitude or not work with people because no one deserves to be treated like that.
