The baristas were cheerful and engaging. My friend’s and my drinks were perfectly prepared as ordered (less sweetened) and loved my little surprise message when I finished my cup of coffee. Too fun and cute! The extra effort made my day .

I usually pay cash but it looks like they’ve gone cashless as of late. Luckily I am a fully functioning adult and have a credit card so it was no problem. I did watch a guy try to pay with cash, and he actually ended up getting his drink for free, so take advantage of that while you can I guess. The baristas are still accepting cash tips, so from the looks of it the decision must’ve been fully from corporate due to the pandemic. The drinks are still good but you’re looking for pretty latte art it won’t be the same as it was pre-pandemic

Super clean, nice, welcoming. First time coming to a Peets and I must say the frappe is much better than Starbucks. Fresher taste and not full of ice like Starbucks. Will return when I get a chance. Also not to sugary like Starbucks which I love because I don’t need all that sugar. Thank you guys will return hope all your locations are like this one. 🙂

I have been to lots of Peet’s location but this has to be by far the worse location in terms of customer service. The cashier that took my order was not pleasant I had to repeat myself 3-4 times and the order still was incorrect. The other baristas all had attitude when handing people their drinks. Tried to say thank you for the drink and the girl walked away from me. I feel like customer service training is really necessary for this location.
