I ordered a pizza at 4:49 to be delivered. Paid by credit card at the time I ordered. Was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. 2 hours later I called to check on when it will be delivered. They said they stopped delivering because of the volume. But they certainly had no problem charging my credit card for a pizza they decided not to deliver and not tell me they weren’t going to deliver. Never again!!

Ordered garlic cheese sticks and a pizza. The cheese sticks were drenched in oil, like to the point where it would be believable if they told me they spilled a container of olive oil on it and just went with it. In the time it took to get delivered, the oil seeped through the box and pooled on top of the pizza box. Not very appetizing…

My husband and I “attempted” to go to this place last week and it was an epic fail. When we first walked in, the two teenagers at the front counter were too busy playing with an iPhone to help us, so we stood there. When we finally placed our order, we told them we’d wait outside for it to be ready–they said 15 minutes. Mind you, the restaurant has two giant windows in the front, so you can very easily see the tables outside on the patio where we were sitting. After almost 30 minutes, my husband went in to find that our pizza and calzone had just been sitting there. When he brought it outside, we realized that his pizza was wrong and would need to be remade–maybe if they weren’t playing on their phones they would have gotten our order right. Since my calzone would be cold by the time they remade the pizza, we told them we wanted a refund and left.

Ordered wings pizza and salad. The driver forgot my salad, offered to go back and get it. I decided against it since it would have taken a bit to go there and back. I opted for a refund. Driver was still I. The driveway when I called. Just kept ringing. And ringing. I called four times. Fourth call I made wouldn’t even go thru. How were you going to go back and get it? Guess I’ll call you back tomorrow over a salad.

Was told one for delivery and then after 2 hours we called and the guy said, “well if you are not happy you can cancel your order”. Seriously, after waiting double the amount of time we are going to start over with another pizza joint. No apology. When the pizza finally arrived it was freezing cold and their pizza is very thin so the pizza s not really good when it is cold. Back to Papa Gino’s for pizza delivery!
