Food and service were wonderful when Pedro’s first opened and for a couple years later.I rarely write a review like this but it is so necessary to let the owner and potential patrons know. As time went on, food was served on paper plates with plastic ware. I went there today and was very disappointed. Food was served on dishes with silverware but I was told no mug or frosted mug for my one beer as I didn’t want to drink from the bottle. The fajitas I used to not being able to stop eating cause they were so good were barely warm without much flavor, no avocado cause they said didn’t have but was charged for it and beans were lukewarm. The chips were firm stale without much flavor and salsa was somewhat bland. No one asked how food was etc but did set my bill down from behind my back without facing me. I had to go to counter to ask for napkins, frosted mug or just a cup which they said they didn’t have and had to get my own to go box for my dog. I can’t believe how Pedro’s has gone down since opening and it’s such a shame.

First time here, and they did not disappoint! The cooks looked a little young but by the taste of the food. They carry an old soul. I will bring more business to this restaurant! Time to finish eating before my food get cold!

I was born and raised just outside of San Diego, Ca and I am very particular about Mexican food. I have lived in Tn. For over a decade now searching for good Mexican food. This is hands down the best I have ever had. Including all my favorite places in San Diego. Pedro’s beats them all for authenticity and quality!! Fantastic!!

This place is great – a gem in Pleasant View. Delicious food, generous portions, kind staff, and a cozy space. Our family was staying nearby for a one-night stop and were desperate to find some non-fast food options. Pedro’s hit the spot….a 10/10 if you’re looking for some real food while in town.
