Beautiful furniture and lighting. The food and cocktails are also outstanding but I was disappointed in the french fries. The shrimp and grits were great. Can’t wait to come back and try the whiskey bar upstairs.

What a great restaurant. From awesome decor that changes from chic to romantic from 1sr floor to the second floor. Staff is exceptionall. The food is delicious and comes in large portions.

Honestly, the best food I have ever eaten. I would give 10 stars if I could. Hubby & I shared smoked crab risotto, hot octopus and oxtail spinach pasta. This food hit on every note. Cocktails were excellent. Atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. Service was great.

This place made our night! Totally turned our unfortunate events around during our 1 year anniversary. We came in for late night drinks. I had an old fashion-true old fashion and for someone who is easing into this bourbon/whiskey world their old fashion was smooth and easy to drink. The staff was awesome! We plan to be back for dinner the following night. Looking forward it!

We stopped in for happy hour and are so glad that we did. The oysters were amazing and the Pearl Salad with the Green Tomato Vinaigrette was just delightful. Great atmosphere; wonderful service. Can’t wait to go back for dinner and some Catfish n’ Grits.

Lovely space with great flavors. Just came in for a light bite and the savor waffle, crawfish bisque and corn bread were perfect. Nice, surprising flavors with a bit of a kick. Loved it! Wait staff was friendly and helpful.

Permanently closed. According to owner, they are closing (after only 7 months) because he didn’t like the commute. while they were still open, I ate there on few occasions. The food was pretty good but prices were very very high. I am not surprised they are closed. The atmosphere and the decor was this weird glass that was glued to the wall and it was very bright turquoise everywhere. It felt like a cafeteria, with the open kitchen you could hear dishes banging around and cooks talking loudly. It’s like they wanted to look like a beach house but they seriously missed the mark on that as well. Drinks were also good there, but when you have more then one, you’re bill with a meal was over $50 for one person. Stillwater is a tourist town, but in the winter it is the locals that support the businesses here. They clearly were not thinking of the locals when they set the prices, it was 27 dollars for half a chicken, when you can get whole one at cub for 8 bucks! Apparently, they’re going to reopen, if they can in Minneapolis. Pub 112 was better than this place!

I really liked this place. I had the polenta with goat cheese cream and collards, along with a side of cornbread. Spot-on flavors and textures of the food. So good. I want that collards recipe! Staff was friendly and the atmosphere is laid-back. Prices weren’t too crazy either, considering the value.

We want to give a huge “thank you” to Joe, Justin and his awesome team; and last, but definitely not least, the AMAZING team serving our wedding reception Saturday night. The food was nothing less than fabulous! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food and how it was “the best wedding food ever “! The team upstairs were fantastic; always on top of everything, ready to help, interacted greatly with our friends and family, and went above and beyond to be sure our night was perfect. They even brought up Red Bull for my daughters’ drink and got creative with some of the shots, which were awesome. We had many compliments about our venue ~ the location, the food, and the staff. Between the atmosphere and the wonderful team at Pearl and the Thief, we couldn’t have asked for a better night for our special day! Simply amazing…We will definitely be back.
