I haven’t had PDQ in years and I stopped by this location for the first time. The chicken tenders are insanely good! I broke one apart and a little fire came out it was so fresh! I don’t know what’s in the PDQ sauce but it’s definitely crack sauce and I need a bottle of it. The waffle fries are on point. Do you know how many places mess up waffle fries?! Not here. I got a chicken sandwich to go and I can’t wait! Everything was just so good I almost put in an application.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had in a while. When I walked in it was clean. My children and I was very pleased with the customer service we received while getting our order taken and the food was HOT and FRESH. I mean Fresh. Mrs. Erica was so nice and helpful. My kids talked about how nice she was to them all the way home. We will be coming back

Haven’t been to a PDQ in awhile, came by for lunch (I use to love their bowls but they don’t serve those anymore) and was greeted by a friendly guy named Caleb, who was wonderful. He have me other options I might enjoy. Great service.

A few weeks back I had a wonderful experience at PDQ. The customer service was outstanding. The lady at the register was so nice and patient with us. It was my 4 year old son and I. I got the grilled chicken salad and got him the chicken nugget meal. I realized he preferred my grilled chicken, so I ordered him the grilled nuggets which he loved.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and wow! It was actually spicy to the point where I had to slow down eating it (rare for a sandwich but I love it) and the chicken was super fresh and high quality.

Ridiculous waiting time (40 minutes ) in the drive through. After ordering food I was told to pull up to the mobile order area since the spicy chicken sandwich is not ready and they will bring out the food. Well, I waited another 10 minutes and no one brought the food. I had to walked in to ask for my order. Very bad customer service and will not go back.

Normally we love eating at PDQ, we think the food is delicious and a valid rival to Chick-fil-a, but after my wife almost ate a raw sandwich, I don’t think we’ll be coming back again. We didn’t want to cause a concern due to another small issue we had with the purchase itself; but this is negligent and can cause harm to someone who might not have noticed.

2nd time visiting this specific location . Food was great . I have to say I don’t really like the guy in the drive thru who takes the orders . He cracks the windows so it’s hard to order and hard to hear him no smile and when I asked for extra sauce because I love y’all’s honey mustard he said “it’s not about paying for them we’re just low on sauce” . Funny because when u got to the pick up window the young lady was so energetic with a great smile I asked her how many sauce she could give me she responded “how ever many you’d like “ which was surprising considering the meanie at the first window told me I could only have 3 …. Replace the guy in the first window as a cook or back of house employee because I don’t think he’s right for customer service . Good was great as always
