What a great place for Italian! I’ve been here numerous times, and it’s always consistent…..awesome food and awesome service! The owner is always here, which is key in the success of any business. The friendly family atmosphere is alive and well here. It always reminds me of my mom moms house when I’m eating my favorite meal veal parmigiana! One of my favorite places to eat in the village. Keep cooking the yummy stuff!

The people are very nice, and the food is delicious! My only complaint was that our waiter spilled a bunch oil on the table and it wasn’t cleaned up. In the end I just put my napkin on top of it; it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that though, everything was awesome! It has a really nice aesthetic and I had a great meal.

Let me start by saying our waiter was great. He always checked on us as well as his management. It felt odd that we got so much attention. The food was good except for the stuffed pork chop that I got. It was a little dry. Their in house tiramisu was good. Nice atmosphere.

Amazing service! Pazzo is our go to place for happy hour! Steve, the general manager always goes out of his way to make sure our Pazzo happy hour experience is top notch! Maddy and Dave are the best bartenders! So incredibly friendly! Joe and Carlos always provide a great dining experience. Love seeing Rowi greeting us at the door! Their food is delicious! I especially love all of their happy hour apps! I highly recommend Pazzo for family outings, happy hours, and fund raising events!

Great authentic Italian food. Cozy bar – unlike GrillMarx. Super nice staff. Great chef! If you are looking for good food in Clarksburg, particularly good Italian food, then this is your place. They also have gluten-free pasta and will make any of their pasta dishes gluten-free for you if that is an issue.

The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent! Came out fast too. The manager came over and visited our table to greet us and make sure everything was satisfactory, he even offered us the WiFi password. Would definitely eat here again next time I’m in the area.

Our 1st and only time…We came to have dinner after Trick or Treating with our 5 year old and we were greeted by a hostess assuming we were just there for candy, we over looked that and got a table. The service was OK nothing to rave about, but we were told all the food is authentic and made fresh, the Risotto balls were cold so they were either made at 5pm and left to sit or frozen and then microwaved. The pizza we assumed would come out nice and hot since it was fresh from the wood fired oven…not the case, it was warm and limp, not like what we were expecting or have enjoyed at other places with wood fired ovens. The only thing that was hot was our daughters pasta which I would have preferred that to have been cold. We over looked all of it, didn’t complain just chalked it up to an experience and now we know not to come back until I checked my bank statement and see they charged us twice. So now I am annoyed with the whole place, I have to call and waste my time trying to get this fixed and have to do so during the evening when I don’t have free time to deal with this. My husband and I are both in Hospitality and totally understand even a few mis-haps with a service but the entire service from start to finish is just unacceptable. We won’t be back or recommend and it is a shame since we don’t have many places to choose from in our community.
