We had been to nearly 10 sit down meals and have had quite a few for take away. Every single time it’s better than the last. I really can’t do the flavors and imaginative meals justice by just writing about them. You have to just try it. And, it’s a steal of a deal. Five courses, each more delicious and create than the last for just $85. Everything is locally sourced and produced which is an added bonus. We will keep coming back. Thank you.

I would give less atars if I could. I went to this 4 years ago and than agreed with the 5 star but not now.

The atmosphere, service, and food were all fantastic. For a price, you can bring your own alcohol, but they also have wine available for purchase. The food was incredible. I like the fact that the menu is pre selected for you, and it changes every week; so if you go multiple times you won’t have the same meal twice. I also like that they support local food sources for their dinners. Everything that is served is grown/caught on the North Fork of Long Island. Reservation is required, so I would definitely check it out and make the reservation ASAP.

Chef Taylor Knapp gives new meaning to farm to table. Everything is local, everything fresh, some of the menu items are foraged. Flavors and cooking styles are mashed up to give you things like salami carrots or campfire butter. Only open on alternating Saturdays in season (current year), this tasting experience is a quintessential part of the North Fork and not to be missed. Reservations are mandatory and often need to be made well in advance. Seating is very limited.

Have been here several times. The bread and butter course is out of this world.

Awesome! This was the best dining experience we have had in several years and several countries. I wish we lived closer.

We had fun here, but the wine pour was pretty small.
