We only ever order at Paul’s when La Parmigiana a few blocks away is closed. Paul’s is slow and the customer service is abysmal. I get it, you’re busy, but that’s not an excuse to be rude to your customers. I saw an older lady waiting for a simple chicken wrap for 40 minutes before she finally gave up and said “just put it aside for tomorrow,” and walked away. Another guy who had been waiting for upwards of an hour was asking where his food was and the cashier at the till was abrasive and blunt. A third pair, an older couple, were waiting for 30 minutes JUST for their dessert, lord knows how long they were waiting over the course of their entire meal. Every single person in the pickup/to-go area had a face that read something along the lines of “I made a mistake ordering from here” or “where the hell is my order.” My advice? Pick La Parmigiana. Same quality pizza at much faster pace. If they’re closed for a holiday, don’t do italian food/pizza. There are other places much more deserving of your money.

Great place to dine in or to take out. The stuff is super friendly, the service was super fast, and the food was great. The dishes were so big we could hardly finish all and we definitely have to come back to try the deserts.

Paul’s Italian Restaurant was beautiful…. Food was Delicious and the Prices are Amazing. This Restaurant has a large menu there is definitely something for Everyone here. The Staff here is very friendly especially our waitress (sorry I didn’t get her name.) I also had the pleasure of meeting The Owner Paul! Who was extremely pleasant and very kind. I highly recommend this place for a lunch or dinner out with the family.. I will most certainly be coming back…

I am very picky with the meat that I chose. It’s always either really burnt or too dry. Well this place hit the spot. The sauce was delicious and the meat was perfect. The portion sizes and the prices are actually good considering it’s in the Hamptons. The only downside was that we waited a longer time than usual for the waiter. The place is clean and COVID safe.

Beware of over charging – prices on online menu and printed menus are not accurate. Menu priced linguine with clams and shrimp entree for $20.95. I was charged 31.95 instead.. Owner claimed that seafood prices have gone up and he did not have time to update the menu. The entree was very basic- linguini with clam sauce and 2 shrimp. Not a single clam.

Great experience here! We were served by Kylie, and she was awesome. She took her time to help us find options on the menu that would cater to our vegetarian preferences for the night, made jokes, and just overall made it an enjoyable dining experience. The quality of food was great, thankfully it wasn’t overly salty like a lot of Italian places. The garlic bread was amazing!! Most entrees were between $20-$30 and comes with garlic bread and salad. If I’m ever in this area again I’d definitely come back.
