A friend and I had breakfast here at Patty’s Eggnest today. We were seated right away. They have added space since I last was here. My friend and I ordered from the Senior Menu 55+ , which was less expensive. The food came out with a reasonable wait time. I ordered the mini Biscuit and gravy breakfast and she got the mini scramble. It was more than enough for me. The food arrived hot and exactly as ordered. We spent 1 1/2 hours there catching up and eating. We never felt pressured to leave. The staff was attentive refilling our coffee 3-4 times. I would recommend this breakfast, especially for anyone 55+.

My experience was bad from the beginning. We walked in, my girlfriend wanted the window seat by the door. The server said no and only for a party of six. 5 minutes later, they seated a couple by window spot on the other side. We watched and no one else were seated next to them the entire time we were there. Next we wanted to share our food. They came out with two plates, which was nice. However later charged us for the two plates for an extra $2.00 without informed us. No big deal. I ordered a large orange juice and my friend ordered a small orange juice. When I got the bill, the small juice was $5.00 and the large orange juice was $10.00. No where on the menu stated that. Actually on their Website, it said juices large for $4.25. See my photo, I am very dissatisfied, disappointed, and felt taken. I would give negative stars. I will never return and will tell all my friends and families about the negative experiences.

Ordered Chicken Fried Steak and Apple Pandora French Toast for delivery. The chicken Fried Steak was tolerable, not anything to write home about. I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns with onions and received them barely cooked with raw onions thrown on top. The easy scrambled eggs I requested were cooked harder then the hashbrowns.

Party of 6 were sat and waitress took a while to come and take out order, the place was not even busy. Coffee was so bland and didn’t taste very good. It tasted old. Food was bland. Husband had to get up to look for the waitress so we could get a refills on drinks. There was this lady who kept looking at our table just the wrong way and when we asked who she was, it turned out to be The manager, well that’s not very good customer service. Will not be returning to this place.

I hate to give this reveiw, but for the 1st time. The service was unacceptable and food was not good. We have been going to Patty’s for years now. To this location in Edmonds we have been coming for years. The omelet my partner ordered was undercooked and not at all an omelet. My Huevos rancheros were so disappointing. I ordered corn tortillas on the side. These were clearly over cooked and stale. Half of my eggs were raw, my partner insisted we let them know how unpleasant our 2 dishes were. Once we informed them of the disappointing dishes. Then our table was totally ignored. No refills on our drinks. No refills on our paid drinks coffee, and soda. I had to go and ask for a box. As now our table was ignored, and other tables were lavish with friendly service. I told my partner, we would not returning to this location in Edmonds on Hwy 99 and 200th for some time. It was unacceptable the No services we received. My partner had just left the oncologist office after receiving Chemotherapy and just wanted a nice breakfast. I have seen other reviews mention the issues with the eggs, yet apparently they still have not made an effort to change this mistake.

The Food tasted bad recently and when I questioned the receptionist cut me off. In the order after this I tried the Grubhub Service delivery and did not receive the order. When I called once again I was sharply interupted as she stated “that is not with us but your delivery driver.” Have there been deliveries and pickup orders with no problems? Yes however in the last 3 months the food has had bacon that smelled bad on the corners and broken sauce that had a slight smell. Does not matter to try and suggest just rude service…

We ordered egg omelette we got scrambled eggs that to half cooked and hash brown were raw potatoes with smelling oil. French toast was burnt and apple sauce has no taste. On top of it host was rude in behavior with grumpy face. We asked for water without ice twice but got water with ice both the time and they served us cold coffee on different table and asked us to move, why didn’t they asked us to take seat on right table at first? And the tone and language they used for us too move was rude too. we stayed only because we were at starving limit and ate just to calm our hunger down. Will not return or recommend this to anyone.

Through all of the restaurants I have been to, this place is truly the worst in terms of food and service. This branch, in particular, damps the entire Patty’s Eggnest franchise and really shows a side in modern restaurants that I wasn’t aware could exist. The attitude of the employees were all rude and the manager was the most appalling. It is clear that the staff have never even thought of the food they were serving, to the point where I’m not sure the employees know what an eggs benedict is. Terrible restaurants like this should not be supported and the abysmal quality should be known before eating here.
