Hard pass! The ordering process is simple, BUT, picking up the order is a HEADACHE! The process isn’t intuitive. You walk into a room with a wall of lockers. You scan the qr code and enter your phone number for text updates. Then, if your name appears, you select your name. That process for me returned an error on the screen with NO ONE ON SITE TO HELP. Bad service! I ordered my cheeseburger at 9:30am and went to pick it up at at the pick up time of 11:45 and waited an hr and the order was still not ready. I had to beck to work so took off without Lunch. And disputed the charge on my card.
