I’ve been going to dicarlos in elm grove for a long time! And then the owner retired and now it’s patsys and as always the pizza is amazingly delicious probably ate my weight in pizza because you always get this pizza when visiting. They come out and is curb side now and the girl Brooke was super nice and funny! 10/10 recommend stoping by – you get either cheese pizza or pepperoni- or on the side . Yummy

A true West Virginia original. It may be the only pizza like it anywhere. They have pizza either with pepperoni or without-that’s it. It is take out only and it is curbside delivery only. ORDER AHEAD. The crust is deliciously crispy. Be sure to order a bag of freshly grated buffalo mozzarella cheese to add to your pizza. People come from all points of the tri-state area (and beyond) for Patsy’s Pizza. They have ONE great product. The place is ALWAYS extremely busy. It looks like a beehive. If your going thru Wheeling on I-70, be smart, do yourself a favor, get Patsy’s Pizza. fyi . . . at the time of this review the original Patsy is still alive, approaching 90 and still the King of West Virginia Pizza!

This pizza is one where the cheese isn’t melted. The crust was perfectly crisp and tomato sauce was robust. I would get an extra bag or two of cheese next time. You call ahead to order. You’re given a number, then you wait in the parking lot and they’ll bring it out. You pay at the car. It looks like they take cards too.

I love Patsy’s! The pizza is always excellent. This place is a Wheeling essential and you’ll never taste anything quite like it anywhere else. Park in the lot and they ask for your number, then bring you your pizza. This is a good system that avoids standing and waiting inside, because it’s always packed. It’s wise to order ahead and check their hours by driving by or calling (Patsy sometimes goes on vacation). Take-out only. Make sure to ask for lots of bags of extra cheese. Perfect for parties and gatherings. My family from out of town loves it and insists we order it every time they’re around.
