Great food for the price, Fast friendly delivery service for hungry truck drivers. We ordered the Buffalo chicken Stromboli and the special Stromboli. Size I should have been able to get 3 meals out of a medium but was delivered so hot and fresh that I ate half of it before realizing it.

I placed an order for a large 15 inch pizza. When I got home and opened the box it looked pretty small for being a large. The pizza measured just under 13 inches. So I called pats and said I think they gave me a medium pizza and she proceeded to tell me that no, and that she saw her make it, it was a large, and maybe she didn’t roll the dough out all the way and then said it shrinks a little bit. I said I’m sorry I just feel like I’m over paying because I didn’t get what I ordered. She said yea you got what you ordered. I really do love pats but this will be the last time I go there.

Was sitting down with my fiance eating lunch when I felt something hit my foot first I thought it was her. Then to my surprise a big mouse runs across the aisle and under the seat across from us. I jump up she jumps up.. The mouse runs along the wall under the soda machine. The lady at the cash register sees it and says she’s going to get the manager.. He comes out no apology just excuses.. They come frome next door . They run up the wall n jump through the drive through window . What????? He walks away.. goes to the cash register and pretends that he’s doing something we leave food unfinished.. Nothing else is said to us .

Reply to Jermaine Ruffin…. I was in there at the time and it definitely did not run across your feet and what a lie considering your “fiancé “ you were arguing with the minute you came in the door, she continued to finish her food and as i saw her walking to the trash can with an tray that had both plates emptied.. devoured. Not a crumb on the plates just some lettuce left on the table. All you are doing is looking for a free meal.

The lady Jen took my order over the phone was patient and friendly, if I could give 10 stars I would. A lot company have lost the art of customer service, she was great! I explained to her that I am from out of town and didn’t know what to order. She made some awesome recommendations. I went with the Philly and Mega fries. Both were delicious, the food got here faster than expected and was hot. If I could give this place more stars I would!!!

My husband and I own and operate a small fleet of trucks and we happened to be out running freight and stopped off at the TA in Paulsboro… now I don’t know about anyone else but truck stop food Can become a little monotonous!!! It’s either Country Pride ( their chain restaurant) or like Subway or McDonalds which is okay if that’s all you have to choose from but it definitely gets boring!!! I was super pleased to google food places that deliver in the area and came across Pat’s Pizzeria ❤️ they basically have everything from pizza, sandwiches, my husband was even able to get chicken Parmesan which is one his favorites!!! The food was amazing and they were very friendly over the phone and prompt with the delivery service!!! We definitely recommend and will definitely order again if ever in the area!!!

$3.99 delivery fee and I live half a mile down the road. And then the delivery guy gives an attitude when we ask for change. Worst pizza in tri state.

Have always loved this place. I’ve been coming here since I was 5yrs old but tonight was the last time. I placed an order online for a cheesesteak and fries. They forgot to put the fries in the bag so I immediately called to let them know I was coming back for the fries. When I got there the cooks (Roberto, Danny, and Josh) immediately told me that I was lying and that they for sure put the fries in the bag and refused to make the fries that I already paid for. Then they proceeded to tell me that they were going to check the camera. I told them yes I’d like for them to check the camera. They immediately switched up and said they have no access to the cameras and that I’d have to call the owner tomorrow. The 2 cashiers were very nice and helpful. I had just had a long day at work and after all of that unnecessary hostility I gave the untouched cheesesteak back and asked for a refund for everything including the fries which the cashier granted. Being called a liar in front of two other customers over $4.69 French fries costs them a lifetime customer. I too work in the restaurant industry and have for a very long time and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Delivery driver harassed and antagonized patrons and appears to have a drug problem. Screaming at police officers who were in the restaurant eating. His tirade was unprovoked by the officers and was very upsetting. Management has yet to address the issue even after people complained. It appears the other employees are suffering from this guys actions, too. One employee called it a “hostile work environment. “
