First time in today, wasn’t busy so pretty quick. 1. The self serve order screen is pretty easy if you take a minute and just look at it. I would like the option for an order taker lane or maybe 1 or 2 automated lanes. 2. Prices are typical for most places now, I read a lot of other reviews and just wonder where they are getting prices for decent food. 3. Chicken is very moist and tender. The breader is really good and not too spicy. The breading was a little thicker than typical other places for a good really hand breaded tender. But it wasn’t what I would call a “fritter”. 3. Funnel cake fries…didn’t get enough powdered sugar but they were scrumptious. 4. Sandwich was good. 5. Fries needed to be cooked longer, looked like they got rushed on the cooking.

I wanted to come July 4th (opening) but the line was packed and starting on Rutledge Pike. Plus it closed early (around 5ish) because they didn’t have any chicken left. So I came today July 6, 2023.

I ordered breakfast for 12 people. I called ahead as to save myself time and allow the restaurant ample time to prepare. Clearly myself and the people who have written prior reviews did not eat at the same place!! Price was decent as I eat out A LOT!!! And I believe you get what you pay for. Chicken biscuits were AMAZING and wayyy better than others I have had. I also got a few of the breakfast torpedoes and while I didn’t try these personally, the people that did eat them were absolutely blown away!!!

Just went through today for the first time. I had a terrible first experience. Im not a big fan of the order it yourself screen but its the future. What I didnt like was that at the end of my order a suggested tip menu popped up. Tipping at fast food? For the price they should be paying their employees well. $16 for 4 chicken tenders? This is Blaine, not downtown Knoxville. And then any extra sauces besides the one is $0.59. Well I ordered about 6 extra, but recieved no sauces at all. And my 4 piece turned out to only be a 3 piece. For these prices I wouldn’t expect the service or quality I received.

If you were turned off by the high prices here give them another chance. They switched chicken suppliers and have reduced their prices by quite a bit. Combos are about $3 less now. Chicken is still really good. I really like their breakfast too. Looks like they’ve added a speaker to the drive thru for those that don’t want to use the screen.

In pulling up we we’re excited to try it. Not crazy about the ordering system. Found it very hard to use. Had to get assistance to use it and order. Seeing an overall menu would have been helpful.

This place is great. The food is really good and the staff was very friendly. Best chicken I’ve had in a long time and the ranch dressing is outstanding. I hope they do really well and stay forever.

We went last Tuesday. The portion of the chicken was huge (almost a breast per chicken strip) the fries were plain, but they are supposed to be offering a seasoning this week. It would be nice if in the future you could pick seasoned fries or regular because my kids like the salt only fries. The cups for the drinks don’t fit in a cup holder though and that got tricky trying to drive and hold them all upright. Kids meals would also be a great addition in the future so I can get smaller drinks for them and maybe a single tender each. Over all the food was good and worth it.

Spent $30 on two meals. A 2 piece chicken strip dinner and a 4 piece chicken strip dinner. Two of the tenders were still slimy and raw. Barely had any fries with either meal and the toast was burnt a little to much. Also don’t like the idea of a fast food place asking for tips when paying. Which is probably why we got raw chicken. Because I’m not gonna pay a tip on overpriced fast food through a drive thru.

Tried the spot for the first time today. It’s costly for some chicken tenders. $16 for a 3 piece, soggy fries, burnt toast and a huge drink. At the end of the day, the tenders were decent, the fries and toast hard pass. Now I know why the parking lot is pretty much empty every time I pass by, even though they just opened up shop. Was it worth it and Will I be back? No thanks
