Had the perfect date night at Pasta Villa tonight. The food was delicious! My steak was cooked to perfection. Their Alfredo was a very lovely light sauce, not heavy like a lot of Italian restaurants in the midwest do it. Our server was not only attentive but a sheer delight with a fun personality. Took the time to joke with us even though they were crazy busy. There was a bit of a wait, BUT I see that as a sign, it’s a good restaurant. I was super happy to see they were doing so well their 1st month. Just know to plan for a bit of a wait, go before you are actually hungry. It is definitely worth the wait! I look forward to seeing new options added to the menu later on. Would love to see a puttanesca added eventually!

This is some of the best pasta I have had! Everything was delicious from the Italian soda to the ravioli and spamoni. The staff was so incredibly nice and the restaurant is so cute and quaint and very clean. I don’t live in the area but can’t wait to go back.

Pasta Villa Restaurant in Hamilton was easily a 10/10, ☆☆☆☆☆. Locally owned and Missouri raised meats! The food was hot, quick to the table, incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the staff was so friendly. Did I mention they make all their own saucee, because my chicken alfredo was… . Also, it was beautifully decorated and had a patio I’m hoping to enjoy soon!

A wonderful Italian food option in a small town setting. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was amazing. It was decorated perfectly and it was clean. Service was great and prompt. The food was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Parm and it came out perfect. It was fresh and the chicken was breaded wonderfully. The Tiramisu I ordered for dessert was the best I’ve ever tasted. I love Tiramisu and I am very picky when it comes to it. The flavors were on point and provided a slightly different taste in each bite which is exactly how I want it. My wife and I enjoyed Pasta Villa immensely. Shoutout to Haylee for the wonderful service and to Peyton for seating us. You both were awesome!

We were visiting Hamilton from Austin TX and stopped here for their Sunday brunch. We had a large family group and everybody loved their food! I highly recommend ending your meal with some of their fabulous tiramisu. *chef’s kiss

I usually don’t eat at new restaurants, but the place was so cute. My friend and I both had sandwiches. The chicken Parmesan sandwich was wonderful. The bread was soft and the chicken was cooked perfectly. It was a big sandwich, too. When we are in town we will definitely be back.

James, Brandon, and Hallie are amazing! Everything was a friendly/family atmosphere! The food is the best around! We drove 4 hours to come here! We are eating here all 3 days that we are in town. Definitely a must if you are in the area!

The proportions of food could be slightly bigger (at least in my opinion), but they make that up with amazing taste. Check out the pesto ravioli during lunch time, wont regret it and get a cannoli for dessert.

Jimmy, Brandon (Happy Birthday), Paige, and Peyton were FABULOUS!!!! This is a winner! The seafood ravioli was DIVINE! The brushetta and Peaches and Cream wine were what we started with. We watched the parade and had an amazing supper. For dessert we did the Blackberry Cobbler wine with cheesecake. If you haven’t been here yet, get here. We came all the way from Minnesota and it was worth the trip!!
