Pasta Pasta by Allegro will not disappoint. Simply put, this is some of the best pasta in the city. The nice size mound of pasta accompanied by the generous amount of seafood or beef is served to you hot which is telling me that it just came off the pots and pan’s Fresh, the taste and textures are spot on. To top it off the menu is not going to break the bank. If you love your pasta, give Pasta Pasta by Allegro a try.

Aesthetically, it’s a very cute and comfy place. In terms of the food, I felt the pasta was far too simple and a little bland for the price. The flavor didn’t stand out much at all. It felt like I was eating plain noodles with toppings. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing so I can’t speak for all the items on the menu.

Loveddd their eggplant pasta! The bacon added smokey flavor to it which is def a cherry on top. Stewed beef was also really good, rib meat would melt in my mouth. Plaza parking is $4 with validation.

Place was packed. No COVID here 😉 lol. Felt nice to get back to normal whatever that means. Cramped seating but it’s Jtown so all good. People were great and the food was legit. I got the sea urchin pasta. First time. It was great but took some getting used to at the beginning. Would def come back again. Fun times. Make sure to hold the door when it closes or else the entire front glass wall will shake mightily 😐

The best Japanese pasta restaurant owned by local Japanese located in Little Tokyo. You can’t miss this restaurant if you’re a pasta lover. Mentaiko flavor is the most popular dish here. The sauce is rich and creamy. And spaghetti is not too hard. You can mix spaghetti and the sauce together easily. For women, the serving size is just a right amount. Really nice delicate flavors! We tried 9 different pastas, and would say their speciality/Japanese fusion ones are the ones that stand out most! The other pastas are good, but nothing that stands out. If you want to try new flavors, give the mentaiko or squid ink a go.
