Ordered with UberEATS pickup. It says they closed at 10:30pm. So ordered 4 meals. It got accepted, and I was notified that my order was ready. Drove 30 mins to Ruby Tuesday. Numerous cars was parked; waiting. I went to the door, but it was locked. Some guy was yelling at the door saying they’re closed. I showed him my order confirmation. He left, then came back with some white guy. He told me they closed an hour ago. I told him, so why did my order get accepted. He claimed no one accepted my order and that it didn’t show in the system . If so, who I’m ordering from. Other ppl are waiting in their cars. This place is unprofessional
