Passport Pizza is amazing!!! I order pizza, superstix, and wings weekly!!! I also love their CBC salad and it’s made with mixed lettuce that is better than the iceberg lettuce you get from other pizza companies and packed full with all that is promised!!! I misplaced my car keys one night and had to change to delivery instead of carry out and they were extremely nice about the change so close to closing time. I highly recommend Passport Pizza if you enjoy a pizza made right and good customer service!!! Also Big Ben is a LOT of pizza!

This was my worst experience ever with any restaurant I would give zero stars if I could I ordered a pizza at 8:26pm at 9:15pm I got a call there running late okay so then I get a call the guy just left my house and the people who live there said they did not order pizza well they did not come to my house so now it’s 9:45 or so and the driver and my pizza is 15 mins from me so they still say there on the way I guess they thought I wanted cold pizza because by the time I would have gotten it the drive would have been driving it all over for about 45-50 mins no thank you when I called in the manger seem to think it was funny I guess the driver went to the wrong address did not care to do anything about and still wanted me to feed my kids cold pizza I paid 40 something dollars for if you order from here pick up your pizza I’ll never order from here again worst experience they could have at least apologized for the mistake considering it was the third one of the night

My big ben came slid all to one side. Called them up and they want to bring me another and pick this one up. I have 3 kids hungry now and don’t want to wait an hour for another. I asked if i can get a coupon to use later… I’ll order elsewhere

My absolute favorite pizza place. I always get the white sauce instead of red sauce. It’s a big deal to me if the pizza place has white sauce option instead of red. They have the best pizza, and the best white sauce in town. They also have great grinders and wings. 10/10 I highly recommend it

I ordered two pizzas from `13 an Hayes tonight . After waiting one hour I called and they said he’s on his way. called back after 1/2 hour and was told he’s should be there any minute they should have told you we only had one driver. Called back again and said I just wanted to cancel it and I was told I’ll have him still bring you the order and I will give you a discount off your next order. He’s only 4 minutes away. After two hour and 45 minutes I called again and was told they couldn’t find any order from me I had to give them my phone number and address and they said we don’t have any order from Luann I said my name is Joanne. Oh he should be pulling up any minute now. He finally showed up and I said I will not order from them again and the guy on the phone hung up on me. I wasn’t nasty to him and I didn’t appreciate him hanging up on me I had to sign my credit card receipt for a cold burnt order that I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I wander why I was frustrated. Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review but after being lied to and hung up on I feel people should know this. I don’t care if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers. If you only have 1 driver tell people that and don’t keep lying to them telling them he’s on the way. I had to give them 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post otherwise.

I love Passport Pizza, but I’m tired of its pricing policy. I stopped today to order some pizza. The in-store add states that the large Famous combo is $27.99 so I figured it was about $30 bucks after tax. The employee advised me that the cost was $34.83. I asked why? He told me because of tax. I told him the tax isn’t that much on 28 bucks. Another employee rudely grabbed the flyer I was looking at and pointed towards the bottom which stated prices may change without notice. I apologized for the misunderstanding and asked what the new price was. He told me $32.99. 2 issues (1) the first employee said it was that price because of tax (2) even if the price was $32.99, when you include tax on 32.99 it is more than 34.83.

I placed an order and waited 45 minutes which was past the time it’s supposed to be done anyway and then they go to accidentally give one of my pizzas to someone else and when I said something to them and they confirmed it they still gave it away and told me mine was being put in the oven now. Really great customer service guys you have one job try to do it right!!!

We normally order from the 19 mile store (close to my office) and it’s always been good but yesterday we ordered from the 13 mile n Hayes store and it was EXCELLENT!!! We had their Big Ben and cheese sticks and the large Italian square and it was the NEST pizza we’ve had in a LONG TIME!!!!! Thanks so much to the 13 mile n Hayes staff for really knowing how to make GREAT PIZZAS!!! Will only order from this location again!!!!
