Wow passport you’re gonna argue with your customers? maybe you should update your web site and take the old coupons down. Will not be ever coming back which is a shame cause the pizza was good. But the customer service is terrible.

I ordered a Chicago style deep dish pizza and breadsticks from here through doordash. I’m not sure if they changed up my order, or if this place serves food that looks nothing like the food in their ad. The deep dish pizza was THICKER than normal pizza, but it definitely wasn’t Chicago style deep dish, and definitely didn’t look like their ad (nor was it worth the $20 I paid thinking I was getting a deep dish). The “breadsticks” were just a single sub bread toasted with garlic butter.

This place is terrible , I paid 48 dollars for a pizza to be disgusting. First time I called I said my pizza doesn’t look like it have all its toppings on it. So I try another slice it taste overcook an nothing but cheese. So my mom called up there asking for a refund, he says over the phone “ we don’t do refunds , but we can remake even though I’m the one who cook it “. So we go get pizza when we walk in, he already seem irritated. So I told him if refunds not allowed please advertise that , there are some pizza places that gives refunds he screams no. So my mom tells him pizza was terrible not even a 3 year old would eat. He started getting shaky like somebody was going to hurt him, then started talking loud with my mother n called the police on us . For a 49 dollar order that pizza was very disappointing, customer service rude , disrespectful. Last thing that didn’t make sense to me , the man says “ I did over cook pizza , yes the hell I did but here’s a new one “ . If you knew pizza was over cook why serve it . I wish this place good luck because that deep dish was terrible, an the two older men was rude !!

Passport pizza dough has gotten cheaper the pizza dough used to be way much better the service was better as well the quality of the pizzas have just gone downhill from when they first opened and this location definitely needs to hire because when I went to get my pizza there was only one worker just one taking phone calls taking front desk orders and making everyone’s orders this location isn’t the cleanest either I seen the man handle most of the food bare-handed and wiping his hands in his pants or shirt as he went along making ppl orders when passport Pizza first came out my favorite pizza was the Big Ben but now like I said the quality of their pizzas have gone down the sauce does not taste the same and for sure the dough is definitely not the same dough that they started out with

Since I have celiac disease it is hard to find good gluten free pizza, well Passport Pizza has the best tasting gluten free pizza I had delivered. Many of the other pizza joints used frozen pizza crusts that tasted freezer burned.

First reviewed this place two years ago and gave it four stars, but I felt an update was needed. I find myself returning to place due to the lack of competition with regards to their XL pizza and general quality of their pizza, however, today I tried their Chicago style pizza and….Wow! Add this to their already consistently above average regular pizza and the hard to find XL pizza and this place is well above your average pizza place, it’s 5 star for sure!
