Featuring cave-like banquettes and the highly-regarded artwork of Paolo Ventura, Pascal & Sabine is a string to hold onto, pulling you above the day-to-day monotony of the world.

A very good date spot to eat in Asbury. Some advice. Get a table in the dining room vs the lounge. The lounge is not the bar area you would think and rather right behind the hostess and not very appealing IMO. We were not thrilled about the interaction with the hostess. We had a reservation and arrived on time. There were multiple tables open in the dining area but none in the lounge. We were told we had to wait until one opened up in the lounge. After 20 mins we asked another staff member to be seated in the dining area and we were accommodated after being told no 2x by the hostess. The waiter was fantastic so it totally made up for the start to the evening. The food is very rich and salty but I can understand as it is a French/Euro restaurant. But the mussels were fantastic and the mushroom tart as well. Everything else we tried was good but not noteworthy. The cocktails are the highlight. Every one of them was amazing.

Still fantastic. Pascal and Sabine proves that great food in a high end setting does not need to be pretentious. I came with my wife and young children for Father’s Day brunch. Over the course of waffles, bacon, croissants, seafood tower, croque madame and six cocktails later, we left a happy family. Shout out to our server for being just the right amount of attentive. We will return!

If you want an amazing cocktail go to Chad! He is by far the best bartender around. You cannot go wrong with any drink and if you want anything off menu Chad can come up with an amazing concoction. The atmosphere is sophisticating, charming, chic, dark but cozy. Every dish is absolutely delicious! Our favorite is the Sweet Garlic Soup. You may think garlic soup wouldn’t be appetizing but it’s quite amazing! It’s my favorite dish on the menu. It’s so creamy and sweet yet savory. We’ve been visiting this restaurant for 10 years and we never leave disappointed.

Love this restaurant! We were in Asbury Park for 4 days and ate here 3 times! Sunday brunch, dinner and appys and drinks. Outdoor seating was perfect with our 2 yorkies and dinner inside was really special. From the hostess to servers and bartender too were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nice vibe inspired us to sit at the bar for after dinner drinks. Our favorite menu items had to be the escargot and French onion soup but everything was really delicious! Will definitely be back!

We made an impromptu stop at @pascalandsabine in Asbury Park, NJ over the weekend and I’m SO glad we did! I have never been here, despite living at the shore area my entire life and it did not disappoint! With dark, moody, well-thought decor, they have barside and tableside (both indoor and al fresco) dining options as well as a smaller, more intimate bar area towards the front corner of the restaurant. Our bartender, Brock, not only served up the tastiest libations but made some really great recommendations, as well. Overall, a great experience with amazing food (the kind I’ve been looking for since my return from France). I had the garlic soup and escargot while my husband dined on the mushroom tart, all of which was incredible. This establishment is absolutely on our short list of go-to restaurants in our area and made a really great first impression. Be sure to stop in for a drink, snack or full meal next time you’re in Asbury!

Have been here twice for my wedding anniversary dinner. Food is fantastic. The charcuterie board and cheese boards are top-notch. While we were waiting for our table the bartender made us some amazing drinks. The waitress was very helpful we explain to her that we had someone in our party who has celiac. She explained to us that she could bring our appetizers out separately without any bread so that there was no cross-contamination. It is an amazing atmosphere inside the restaurant and then obviously that is in close proximity to all of the downtown things that Asbury park offers.

I regret not coming here sooner. The ambiance was intimate. The service was impeccable. Thank you to our waitress Asia. The food and drinks were amazing. I didn’t have a thing I didn’t like.

Our favorite restaurant in Asbury. We’ve been there for dinner probably 9 or 10 times over the last few years and have also gone for just drinks on many occasions. We love the atmosphere, which is sophisticated but not pretentious or snooty. The bartenders are great at what they do and are super knowledgeable about their whiskeys and other spirits. The food is always terrific – we actually prefer to eat at one of the 2 bars, since we usually get into conversations with the bar staff and/or other customers. Highly recommend it.
