Welcome to Medinas Mexican Restaurant! I came into town from Austin Tx and my father in law decided to bring us here! Honestly the food was delicious all 4 plates were gone! Service was excellent as well! Love the vibe here I feel like I’m in Mexico! Enjoy the food photos

Came in at lunch as I watched a full table leave couldn’t really understand why I’ve been there once before everything was just okay.

I ordered one crispy taco with bean pico and guac. There was a smear of refried bean on one side of the taco and one spoon of guac and about the same amount of pico. I was charged almost $9.00 for this one crispy taco! Absolutely absurd.

Off the beaten path, in old town. The salsa was fresh, the chips crispy. It was an adventure. The waitress asked if we wanted soup, she said tomato base, comes with your meal. We were the last customers of the day. They didn’t hesitate to put the closed sign on as the door closed, too bad they didn’t have it on and we would have gone somewhere else. The cheese enchiladas had a sauce I have never have tasted before, hopefully never again. The cheese tasted like fake cheese, not tasty. Howard’s fajitas salad was good. He lived the taste of the onions. I ordered the sour cream chicken enchiladas. The beans were okay. The enchiladas, dry no sauce. I found it difficult to eat. The chicken was dry, no sauce, won’t have that again. Maybe if they were not ready to close, it might have been better?

Went in and seated rapidly, and serviced just as quick. Food came out about 20 mins after waiting, and at the timing of ordering there was one customer who already had their meal ahead of me. The fajita (beef) was dry, and almost nonexistent in the onions and peppers. I feel the meat was the topping verus the main course. The waitress was amazing, and prompt. I chose to dine in but had to leave as it was my lunch break and time was running out. I wouldn’t write off this place, as it is usually good.

Quaint repurposed old store front serving homestyle Tex-mex. I am a little biased as the patriarch of the family that owns it was a childhood friend of my father but I enjoyed my plate of enchiladas very much and so did my folks.
