Very bad service one older female eating on the back pizza making area all the other younger females are standing around using fowl language loud enough to where I can hear them in the lobby, using there phones, having head phones in, having I inappropriate conversations. I ask how much longer on my two pizzas I been waiting for about 20 minutes now and she said “ Another 10 minutes the lady that made them is honestly taking her time. “ oh ya took my order home and can’t even eat my cheese bread because it’s hard as a rock.

Service was absolutely amazing. The kids seemed to like the slice of cheese pizza they ordered. The large meat lovers didn’t taste right to us. We ended up throwing most of it away. I think maybe one of the toppings they put on it was old or something. Whatever it was, the adults took a bite and then looked at each other with a funny face. Probably going to be awhile before we try this place again.

Ordered a Cheese Steak sandwich from Door Dash today. Only had 6 pieces of meat in my entire sandwich, for $12 what a joke. This is definitely how to make someone NEVER come back again. I definitely won’t be.

The food is always good, however, it should not take over an hour to make a simple calzone as 9 other people have come and gone. My friend got his food at least 30 minutes before and it got cold as we waited for the calzone. I have also ordered a calzone on doordash to my place of work and got it within a half hour so i know an hour is not the norm. They then said they could give me a piece of cheesecake as compensation for the wait and when I said sure she turned away and got on her phone ignoring me. I never got my cheesecake, don’t offer if you don’t mean it. So while I usually enjoy my experience simply for the food, the customer service and time management leave something to be desired.

Pizza was so so, they messed up on the toppings. 2.75 for each additional topping is ridiculous. My husband was very disappointed with the meatball sandwich. This was our 1st time trying this place. Needless to say we will not eat here again. A total amount of 36 dollars wasted!

Yesterday was my first time ordering from this facility is is I am a vegetarian lacto-ovo vegetarian I called and asked for the manager I got a gentleman named Brandon I told him that I needed to clean knife and to make sure that my food was not in contact with meat products & he said he would take care of it !I subsequently placed my order through the doordash app the gentleman delivered my order was very courteous very friendly I sat down and pour me a glass of Johnnie Walker whiskey and then I partake of this glorious cheese pizza with extra garlic after tasting this pizza I am definitely going to be ordering from this facility many many many many many many times over it is the best so far that I’ve had in the city of Cheyenne the crust was perfect the sauce was superb the cheese was perfect everything about it and the presentation was just perfect the chocolate cheesecake I had for dessert was out of this world I definitely highly recommend this this facility Quick Service very friendly and quick delivery

What a disgusting place. Smells strongly of cigar smoke. They completely goofed up our pizza plus there was a dark curly HAIR on the pizza and when I tried to call and speak with a manager they said one wasn’t available. Plus we got charged for our pizza TWICE so I had to go back in to get that resolved and smell the nasty cigar smoke again. This place used to be good, now it is absolutely disgusting and the people I saw working in the kitchen looked absolutely filthy. If you are thinking Parkway, you may want to think Pizza Hut instead.

I had to check this place out since Cheyenne has so far proved devoid of a descent pizza place. I got a meatlovers calzone and a dozen wings to go. Service wasn’t what I would call good, but certainly not bad. Food was ready on time. The calzone was however magnificent. Not cheap, but worth every penny of the 9 bucks it cost. Loaded to the hilt with pepperoni, sausage, and meatballs. A ton (read greasy and delicious) of mozzarella and a proper portion of feta cheeses. The side of marinara was good as well. Had a dozen wings (mild) as well. They were meaty and flavorful. I got to hit there pizza up next time. The only decent pizza place in Cheyenne WY! The pictures didn’t do the calzone justice.
