Steve is absolutely awesome! Great food, and great location when exiting the Denali Highway. It doesn’t stop with the BBQ either, he’s also got desserts, jerky, and sides. The pea salad is a must try!

My friends recommended me this food truck when she went to Denali several months ago. This food truck is a hidden gem. I ordered pulled pork and beef. The beef is super tender and pork is really juicy. The guy who is running this business made everything from scratch. If you got chance, highly recommend to stop by here.

Just left and had to leave a review for this place. I grew up in the south with parents who worked in bbq restaurants. I love bbq but can be a little picky. This is by far the best spot in Alaska and easily one of the most memorable bbq places I’ve ever been too. They’re doing something totally different than your typical smoked meat on a bun. At first I was skeptical of cheese and veggies on bbq but this guy knows what he’s doing. Really can’t over emphasize how unique and delicious these sandwiches are! 10/10 recommend getting a sandwich here, but didn’t try the other options (I’m sure they’re fantastic). You should absolutely stop here on your way to Denali or Fairbanks. Bet my bottom dollar you stop on the way back if you do!!

Got the two meat platter w/slaw. Pork BBQ and Turkey were fabulous!!! Spicy BBQ sauce is a must 5 stars! If he sold it by the bottle I would have purchased several to take home to MD!!
