I don’t know what crazy human leaves a bad review, because the experience that I just had at Park Prime was out of this world!

Great place for a dinner date. A little on the pricy side, but well deserved. The food was awesome, service was well above standard. Ryan was an amazing host. The ONLY reason for the four star rating was because it was a little too loud for an intimate setting.

Folks – Arnold said it best: “I’ll be back” The Filet Mignon was absolutely buttery soft and delicious. The mac and cheese, well……plump and creamy comes to mind. The crab cakes were especially good.

Not sure why this only has 3.5 stars, was a fabulous treat of a dining experience. Staff was fast and super helpful. Steak was incredible, like butter and I know how to cook an excellent steak myself. Highly recommend if youre at the hard rock!

Ian was amazing! So helpful and friendly and amazing service! Do NOT let the stars fool you. This is a 5 star place. Steaks are SO tender and flavorful. Amazing sauce selection and bread. Come here !!

Probably the best New York Strip I’ve ever eaten. We went on a Wednesday and the place was absolutely empty.

Made a reservation for my husband for his birthday. The hostess was fantastic, very sweet. The sever was not great. (I won’t name any names in case it was an off day.) We intentionally scheduled a 9:30 dinner time to make sure the service would be good, not at dinner rush.) the whole place was empty. Only two other tables other than ours. She took nearly 15 minutes to come get our drink order. We informed her we were driving an hour back to Reno after dinner so didn’t want to have too many drinks, but were curious and tempted to try one of the specialty cocktails. She immediately tried to push us to order multiple stating “oh well they are small you should get a couple.” My husband said again “we are driving and already and a couple drinks at the tables, so again, we want one.” I then told her we would like a wedge salad but asked if they could perhaps “chop” it so it isn’t as messy at the table. She said “No. it messes up the presentation. The chef won’t do that.” I said, “Ok, then I guess we will deal with it. It doesn’t say what dressing is on the wedge, typically it is blue cheese at a steakhouse, can we get that on the side and also a side of Ranch if you have it.” Her response was “No. We only have a yellow turmeric ranch. The chef will put it on top.” So by this point my husband and I are both wondering why we are paying top dollar when we get zero options to have it severed the way we want. So when my husband bring this up, her response is “I think I should just get you a different sever.” No, at this point I think we take our $300 dinner order to a different restaurant! Thanks but no thanks.

A pricey place but very good food and service to go with that price. My lamb was a bit overdone but was very well seasoned and my French onion soup was delicious. Like the great restaurant they are my mentioning of my overdone lamb brought apologies and they comped our wine. Class move

our server ( IAN ) was very attentive and had wonderful suggestion on what to order off the menu since this was our first time dinning here. started off with the fresh baked warm bread basket and speads. the lobster appetizer was delicious. the bone in ribeyw was leefectly cooked at a medium rare. the wedge salad was refreshing. highly recommend.

The Berrilicious cocktail is fantastic (I had three!), the French onion soup is really good, as was the fillet mignon… But… But… The surprising winner of the day was the gold Yukon garlic mashed potatoes. They. We’re. The BEST I have ever had!
