I ordered The Herdsman from the deli for lunch. The roast beef+red onion combo itself was delicious but very dry, I didn’t get any horseradish flavor. One side of my sandwich was burnt, the other not grilled. You don’t get any chips or fries, just the sandwich for $13. Nice place on the inside but not the most friendly staff. Maybe the dinner crew is better.

My husband & I went last night for the first time. The restaurant is gorgeous. Everyone was very welcoming. Steve was our server, and he was great. Very attentive & informative. The drinks & food were phenomenal. We both got a caesar salad. It was HUGE, we could have shared one. We both got the strip steak. I switched out the broccoli rabe for Brussels sprouts, not a fan of broccoli. Everything was cooked perfectly. The sauce they had on the steak? Soooo good. I cannot wait to go again!

Younger wait staff could use training on accommodating 70+ customers in giving change. No knowledge of how to count back Chg or fix on register for those doing exact payment. Credit card isn’t only way to pay. Stools at window offer nice view but not comfortable for much longer than 10-15 minutes. Decent food.

What a gem! Had reservations for 8 and 2 infants. Showed up to a cheerful smiling hostess who was happy to seat half of our party at the bar while we waited for the rest of the group. The cocktails were top notch. Something you’d expect at a super high end place in Manhattan. The bartenders were knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Delicious drinks. Espresso martinis and cosmos are highly recommended. For the food – again – all top notch. The small plates didn’t miss and the large plate portions were very generous and well done. Wait staff and management are friendly and attentive. Whoever the chef is knows what he/she is doing. Pro tip : make sure you get their home made foccaccia bread that is made on site. It is delicious. A+ service, food, setting and experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the Glens Falls area looking for a nice meal or cocktail. Very accommodating to babies and car seats as well.

Welcome addition to Glens Falls. We have only experienced the deli which is too notch. Best deli in the area. Get the Italian with white balsamic or the eggplant sandwich, the nonna. Seating area for the deli consists of high top tables and stools. Really nice view out the window of the park theater. Looking forward to eating dinner in the attached restaurant which has sit down accommodations.

A month ago I go to the deli to just pick up some potato salad from the deli case. After walking in and being very pleasantly greeted by the hostess for the restaurant, I stood in front of the deli case for 10 minutes never once seeing another worker. Another customer and myself just stood there. We never saw a worker in the deli area, and I left. (without purchasing anything). I know there is a new lady on that side of the business and maybe it was a bad night for her.

Prepare yourselves for excellent friendly service and a variety of exceptional choices; something for everyone! Decadent foods served with creative eye-catching presentation which made it even more of a tasteful dining experience! Every bite is a savoring sensation! Everything was top notch from the appetizer to drinks and dessert! It’s a “must try ” if you haven’t been!
