We’ve been here 3 times— once for lunch, dinner and a happy hour— and each visit has been incredible! The owner, Steven, has curated an incredible experience with a top-notch staff. The food is some of the best in SLO, the wine options extensive and unique. Exactly what SLO needed!

I strongly, emphasis on strongly, recommended the scallops and sitting on the patio. Great atmosphere! Meghan was an amazing Park 1039 representative and made awesome recommendations. If you are gonna be in SLO, bookmark this spot!

Park 1039 is truly a gem in San Luis Obispo. The passion behind this charming restaurant is evident at every turn. Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or a quick meet-up with friends over appetizers and wine, I’ve never been disappointed by the food, wine, or atmosphere. The chef is exceptionally talented in creating exciting and unique fresh dishes that compliment the wide array of wines offered. This is a foodie’s paradise, and a wine enthusiast playground.

Excellent place to try tons of different wines from all over or just have a cup of terrific tea from Paris! Listen to some fabulous music with Sami the Musician!

The nicest people at this special spot in the heart of SLO welcomed us with friendly greetings and the freshest of farm to table choices for an impromptu lunch before heading out of town on our journey along the coast. I had the San Luis bowl with kale, quinoa, sweet potatoes and avocado (and more-all from the farmers market the evening prior )-My husband had their delicious BLAT. Presentation was wonderful in beautiful handmade ceramic bowls and wine glasses. The wines were wonderful and change frequently with menu options. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The best little restaurant in Paso Robles. What a pleasure to have lunch there. The choices are all exquisite and hand-picked. Wine offerings from 60 different countries.

I ordered a Christmas gift basket from their online shop on the 18th of December for delivery to a local address. There was zero communication from Park 1039 about the order and the gift was never sent. A follow-up email from me after Christmas inquiring about the order resulted in the order being cancelled. Park 1039 never apologized via email for not fulfilling the order and resulting in me having to scramble after Christmas to figure out an alternative. They might be great in person, but their online presence needs to be managed and monitored.

“I hike on a stomach of gourmet eats.” to paraphase Napoleon. In these times of trouble, what better thing to do than to partake of historically great eats, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Lovely discovery while visiting SLO for a few days! The food was great, the wine suggestions were great. The place is small and cute and the serves give you great service. If we ever are back in SLO, we will visit this place again. Thank you for the great night!
