Don’t waste your money. Ordered through Uber. 3 sandwiches all burnt. Completely black. With dots of cheese on the bread. We ordered steak and cheese fries. Got a bucket of mediocre fries with black burnt steak and 2 slices of what looks like kraft cheese singles on top. Bad quality and not worth the price. Will not be ordering again.

This is a non-existing company. The Brio restaurant takes orders and fulfills them, but only if they have the supplied ingredients. Brio does not use their own ingredients, so if the “ghost” company has not supplied sufficient ingredients, your paid sandwich will not exist and you’ll have to ask for a refund through the portal you ordered from. This is a terrible business model that makes no sense to me. On paper sure, but the actual execution of it is bad. I am embarrassed to have complained to the Brio staff when it’s not their fault to begin with. The chef was very nice and was compelled to whip up his own creation, so this review is NOT a representation of Brio at all.

Boy, did I make the mistake from ordering from this place. The worse. Tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich, not a Philly chicken cheesesteak. It wasn’t even like the cheese sauce advertised, and had like 4 little squares of chicken. Never again!

Horrible. Ordered for pick up and it took over an hour for 1 sandwiches. I was waiting there and they were “making the last sandwich” for 45 minutes… this isn’t even a real location it’s some ghost kitchen inside brios. It also has beast burgers being made there. I wasn’t the only person waiting an insane amount of time for one or two sandwiches. The food is just a little worse than what you can get inside a mall food court but for double the price… not worth your time or your money do not go here

So I found this place on Google maps. Ordered from their website. Ordered a cheesesteak with added mushrooms and red peppers. Also ordered 2 cheesesteak fries that are suposed to have steak and cheese and onions.

This is a ghost restaurant inside Brio in the Pembroke gardens mall. Cool idea, and the place has a cool story. I love phillies and recently can’t eat meat, it’s hard to find a good chicken philly around here. Jersey Mike’s is down the street and it’s like ok subway you’ll do, but not really, Ya know. But when I saw this place and they portray a passionate story and had a chicken philly and had many chicken philly options, I was like YAAASs. Long story short…I waited 90 minutes and I received steak. Epic fail. However, I did post a picture of the sandwich and once you get past the paper wrapper, that gets stuck in the cheese and feels like you have to remove all the cheese just to get the paper out, yea, besides all that it actually looks like a good sandwich. Give me a couple weeks I’ll try it again and let you know.
