We came for a little night out based on rave reviews. We got the French fries, Snapper, and donuts. Considering all of the reviews are 5 stars I had high hopes! The French fries were very good and were not at all what I was expecting. The Snapper was very mid!!! Cooked well but on the whole not a lot of flavor at all. The donuts were fine, I was expecting something more creative like the fries. The mousse dipping sauce again, was mid. The coffee dipping sauce saved the whole dish.

PARC is the new “MUST GO” restaurant in Aspen! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our dinner experience was. I’ll get to the food, but first, the people and the beautiful restaurant. I can’t say enough, every team member was A+! We were lucky enough to have a few drinks at the bar, sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but the bartenders were both fun and made some spectacular drinks. I had a margarita, my fiancé – an espresso martini, both outstanding, and just a fun bar! Dinner, I’ll start with our server, Dodo, he was outstanding – a PRO in every way. Our SOM, Jeff, knowledgeable and nice, just a delight to work with. A great wine list and we loved the wine! The food – I could write a book, but I know I am limited in words, trust me, everything was spectacular. Let’s give the chef and the team a BIG 5-Star OMG Good! Crudo, pasta starter, beet salad, french-fries – yes fries, trust me, some kind of delicious, coq au vin, pork tenderloin, lamb “two ways”, carrot cheesecake, and don’t forget the donuts – every single thing, delicious! We were lucky enough to meet the owners, Maryanne and Harley, could not be any nicer or more hospitable owners. I guess you can tell we had a great experience – the food and the people, just great. If you are a local and haven’t been, you’ll love it. If you are visiting and can’t figure out which one of all the great places to go, go to PARC as your “destination”. Admittedly, so many great places in Aspen, and PARC just went to the top of our list! Well done, a delicious “experience” in every way”.

Had a really nice dinner here last week. The patio was adorable, the service was top notch, and the food was great! It was my friends birthday and they brought out a special dessert with a candle. A lot of restaurants in Aspen are overrated as far as the food goes but I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant!

Parc Aspen was an incredible experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whether you are looking for a dinner for two, some snacks and delicious cocktails at the restaurant’s beautiful bar, or hosting a group in their private dining room, Parc has the vibe and delicious food that you’re looking for. Centrally located in downtown Aspen, a friend who lives in town told us about Parc and told us that we must go! From the great service from the moment we walked in, to the extra touches of beautiful flowers in places around the restaurant, to the great lighting, great cocktails, everything was perfect! The food stole the show, though. Just amazing! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The menu changes somewhat often, I believe, because they source food locally. Just dynamite! Do yourself a favor and book your reservation immediately!

Dinner was fabulous from the first bite of Mushroom polenta to the main courses that had amazing flavor and textures. Service was attentive while not being bothersome. Chef Mark clearly knows how to put amazing combinations together with a beautiful presentation. I notice a long table which would be great for a large group. Can’t wait to go back!
