Brand new !! Met the owner who gave us a tour of his new venture. Only cocktails and light menu for appetizers for now. We tried the fried pickles which came with 2 dips which were great, also had the cauliflower which has a light buffalo seasoning on it and blue cheese crumbles along with 2 dips. Both were excellent.

So excited for Hayden to have upscale food, hand crafted cocktails and a beautiful indoor and outdoor venue all in one place! Lots of outdoor seating with live music on the weekends. Servers are all friendly and very attentive. Food and cocktails were absolutely amazing. Our new hangout!

Great customer service and the overall environment is very relaxing with a big patio space. The burger and Caesar was very good and nothing to complain about here. It’s fairly new so give it a try! I’ll be coming back to try the other options.

Came here for lunch with some friends. Atmosphere, service, food, and music were all top notch. Portions seemed a little smaller for the price, but the food was high quality so I can live with that. Highly recommend!

Had a great burger here and wonderful cocktail. Or waitress was so helpful and kind. It’s a big place but the layout creates separate areas so you don’t feel close to a bunch of other customers. They happened to have fried zucchini and it was super tasty.

On the plus side, the crafted drink menu has nice variety, and they really know how to mix. The food was expertly prepared, beautifully plated, and graciously served. My wife and I spent careers in artistic fields, so appreciate the art of fine food. I know how to prepare salmon, and thought for the last 20 years I could take on any chef in town in a salmon contest. I’ve met my match with this chef. None of Hagone’s chefs can do better. On the concerned side, we felt a bit rushed. There was little time between drink and and appetizer, and even less from that to entree. Slow down, guys! Also, we wondered where the dessert menu was?? Maybe on the to do list…..In any case, we will return. Our little cow town of Hayden, ID has grown up and this restaurant swims with the big fish. PS – it would have been nice for the live music on the outside service area to pipe into the bar and dining rooms.
