When I was seated by a host we got our table and menu. 10 minutes of waiting, our waitress Beth was not paying attention to us no drink order. She set our chips and salsa on a ledge behind us then left. I waited awhile and with her not looking at us at all I decided to grab the chips, we were waiting… so waited some more she avoided us more, til I called the store and said we are waiting to take our order. Then she came over mad we were mad.. I’ve never seen a waitress avoid our table like that. The chips she was maybe going to serve us were cold so we left, and won’t be back. Service needs to be number 1 and for a worker to say, “do you want to get your own drinks too?” Is not appropriate

Service was quick and the staff was friendly. The overall cleanness of the restaurant was good. The food is more west Mexican than traditional Mexican food. The chips and salsa were not bad the chips were store bought. Prices are fair for the area. Definitely a place to check out in the small town of Jamestown but do not expect traditional Mexican food.

This Food is not Mexican food, it’s who ever owns this places version of Mexican food. I got their mucho nachos, they popped it in the microwave a little bit too long, the plate was literally too hot to touch, I’m not paying to eat microwaved food, pretty ridiculous. Main course was the beef fajitas, they are supposed to be sizzling, they came out in a smokey haze, completely burnt to a crisp….2 stars (only because it’s edible)

Service was lacking this particular visit and did not find the atmosphere very inviting or comfortable compared to multiple previous visits throughout the last decade.

Excellent, fast service! I had a large tostado with rice, beans and chicken in a shell. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Their salsa was tasty…just hot enough for my taste, but I have to admit I like crispier chips.

The food tasted like American owned trying to cook Spanish food, however my waitress was one of the best I’ve encountered recently and I am a transporter that lives on the road. I didn’t finish any of my food because it just wasn’t Mexican food. The waitress asked if I needed a box or anything and I said “No mam, if I may say so it was not that good!” She apologized and apologized but I told her no need to apologize because your job was excellent! She got a very generous tip, almost $12 on a $28 tab. I refuse to punish a server that is trying due to food quality!

It was so loud in there we couldn’t hear our waitress (she couldn’t really hear us either) and we couldn’t hear each other at our table. The TV and music were a bit high but all the other noise was a bit much for us. No quiet dining there… The waitress was awesome, speedy and filled out drinks, chips and salsa without us needing to catch her and ask. The food is always delicious and always more then enough food to fill out bellies. We love Paradisio’s but the Jamestown location is unusually louder then any other location.

Was there yesterday as a trucker I’m like let me Get some good Mexican food , not really the carne Asada plate wasn’t that good . The meat was cooked good on one side only . The chips and salsa very cold not tasty . I seen the reviews most of it says not real Mexican food that is on point . Hire some real Mexican cooks and that will help . Warm those chips so they can taste better . Taco johns is a bit better —
