Staff was nice, MY food was delicious, but as I write this, we’ve been here for an hour and a half and my husband and daughter have not received their food because the waiter forgot to put in the order. I ordered an appetizer as my meal, and I’ve been finished with it for a good 20 minutes now. I wanted to go out for an early Mother’s Day lunch, but this is ridiculous. We could have ordered at home, had it delivered and been done by now. As an aside, the table next to us is SO LOUD. I don’t mind the usual busy restaurant chatter, but this table is literally startling us with their outbursts and screaming. I’m not going to the that person who whines to the staff about it, but I consider this a somewhat upscale place and I expect management to maintain a pleasant dining room.

Omg run don’t walk. The chicken was super tender & the buttery linguine sauce had me on a food high. The waiter was very pleasant and they were accommodating to my food allergies even asked additional questions to better understand the severity / sensitivity level. They offered an unmatched dining experience.

Awesome environment, excellent service, astonishingly great food; This was our first time at Pappadeux and Gibson secured it as the best place in town. Ask for Gibson!

Don’t walk, RUN, NOW! So I reserved a table online maybe 20mins before getting there, we had to wait roughly 5 minutes. Everyone greeted us and said happy birthday to me. We ordered the half dozen oysters also the crab and spinach dip. It was amazing. The bread and butter is better than any restaurant I’ve been to. For our entrées, we ordered the stuff shrimp, and the andouille gumbo. Everything tasted great. My husband thought the sausage in his gumbo were spicy, but still very delicious. This was our first time here and my new favorite. Our waiter name was Payton and he was very patient and thorough in guiding us through our dinner. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. For everything we payed a good, hundred dollars yet it was worth every cent. We will be back once we get more money to spend lol. The environment was louder than I would have liked, but I get excited for good food so I’m not mad at everyone else having a great time. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone. OH, and for my birthday, they gave me a choice of a few different desserts, I chose the turtle brownie, and it absolutely topped, everything, and plus it was free.

Very good seafood especially for the price the grilled salmon was very good and so was the lobster the seasoning they put really release all the flavors and the shrimp is a ten out of ten really I do recommend this place if you want great seafood

We’ve been multiple times and love the food here. Tonight, on New Years eve and it’s packed. We’ve noticed they have dropped some stuff off the menu. I had the seafood salad. It was huge! Will had the stuffed crab with a baked potato. His mom had the trout with shrimp. She looked like she got the best deal. We are missing the mixed seafood grill. What happened to the bread budding!?

Upon entering the restaurant, we were cheerfully greeted by 2 hostess. Nathan, our waiter went over and beyond with his customer service, attention to detail, and upbeat attitude! The red snapper and shrimp was DELICIOUS! The patron margarita was very nice! It was a delightful experience.

I eat at this location very often, and every time I’ve had excellent service. But today I placed in a very uncomfortable situation. I didn’t make a fuss about but it was brought to the manager’s attention. Forrest came over and rectified the uncomfortable situation, in the most professional way. He made me feel good about my not so good visit. I would recommend that if you are every at this location and have an issue big or small Forrest is your guy. I will continue to visit this location.
