Me and my friends came Saturday night and we arrived about 5:30. Place was dead. It took us over an hour to get out food and when we got it it was cold. Tried to order watermelon margaritas they were out of all flavors apparently. We asked for straws for our drinks and we were only handed two when we had four people at the table. Before we could ask for two more our waitresses ran off. We really did see much of the waitress at all. We went so long without seeing her that another waiter came up to our table to ask if we were being helped. I’ve never experienced this at this restaurant before but three out of four of my party had never been there before and it was embarrassing.

Seemed to only have 1 waitress. She was really nice and got our order right but was not very attentive, only because she may have been the only one working. We did not go without. She did a great job. And the food was great and a huge portion for us price. Definitely be back when we visit this area.

I have always went to the other location and the food and service has always been amazing. So yesterday we decided to go to this location on 49. Big mistake, it was horrible, so bad we didn’t finish our food. There was no taste at all, the beef on the tacos was just plain ground beef no salt or anything. None of the food had salt at all, I ordered a margarita and never got it. The waitress said she had only been working there for 2 weeks, when she wasn’t waiting tables she was sitting down vaping. My daughter and I ordered the same thing and she only brought 1 order out and told us she didn’t know we wanted 2 orders, she never checked on us to see if we needed a refill or anything. It was a very bad experience.

See went here tonight, as a party of 5. The waitress told us it was her first night working, she had only started 3 days ago. She did try her best but I don’t understand why they would leave this poor girl alone on a Saturday night, prom night at that!! She spilled cheese dip down my friends whole dress, was forgetting to bring drinks and even our food. It was too much to be alone!!! When we finally did get our food, it was cold and had no taste!! We all literally left our whole plates on the table and had to go get fast food, after already spending almost 200$ for our table!! When we asked to speak to a Mgr, we was told there wasn’t one to speak to and NOBODY cared that none of us even ate the food we was paying for, they just ignored what we was saying completely!! I greatly discourage anyone from going to waste ur money at this place!! We definitely never will again!!
