ROTTEN CHICKEN! I have been here before and it’s been fine. The last time I got Papis Rapido it was from delivery in the evening. I took a bite and the chicken was so soft and rotten. It made me almost throw up. I called in and after A LOT of complaining they finally said they would refund my entire order. They really gave me a hard time though it was their fault for serving bad meat. It’s been a few weeks and I still haven’t seen my refund so they also lie. Please be aware of this.

Just today, 3/20/2022, I ordered a steak breakfast burrito with onions and cotija cheese. There was no steak, or onions in the burrito, and these scam artists made me pay full price. This is not the first time they have messed up my order completely, but this is the first time I am writing a review. They are horrible, I waited almost 5 minutes at the speaker and when I was finally helped they made me wait another 10 minutes to get my one burrito. Avoid this place at all costs.

Always a hit and miss here. Have gotten food here three times and every time there was something wrong. I ordered a grande and lunch size burrito and can’t tell the difference. Almost always stuff full of rice more than meat. No contact info to complain or anything. Save your money and get something from Taco Bell for 1/10 the price
