This was one of the better meals I’ve had in a while. The food ingredients were fresh, and the menu was varied but not overwhelming. Every plate had great flavor. Really, really loved the alcapurria. Each cocktail I had was delicious and had flavors I hadn’t had anywhere else.

Lots of options on the menu, decided to get a bunch of small plates to share instead of entrees. Everything was fresh, delicious and amazing. Our server was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Got to sit outside, weather was as gorgeous and beautiful as the food.

Absolutely blown away by Chef Ronnie’s culinary skills. Everything about this place, from the wine, to the dishes and the kindness of front of house made such an everlasting impression on us.

This place feels alive. The atmosphere is outstanding and it reminds me a lot of my trip to Puerto Rico 2 years ago. My single disappointment was finding out that they only serve plantains on Monday nights. That’s one thing I really missed from my trip was a dish called mofongo. I hope to get there some Monday night for the plantains or that they add mofongo to their regular menu. I loved everything I tried. It was a great time and I recommend it. If you get cocktails, prepare to spend at least $30 per person, but I dare say everything was absolutely worth it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is an absolute gem! We visited on a Monday night and lucked out with the last two seats at the bar. Let me tell you, it was totally worth it! The drink selection is extensive, and you’ll be tempted to try them all. Each drink is expertly crafted with well-balanced flavors that perfectly complement the incredible meals they offer. We started off with the Borinquen Gold and Nopal, which were fantastic choices. To share, we opted for a few small plates, and my partner couldn’t resist ordering the larger Pernil for his main course.

This place is beautiful!!! We came for cocktails and both were delicious. The music is a little loud but upbeat and fun. Didn’t try any of the food but the menu wasn’t very large. Fun experience!

We popped in at 4:30 for a quick cocktail. Mind you, we had a 3 year old and 16 month old. The hostess and waitress were AMAZING. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. As a mom, that is worth its weight in gold I greatly appreciated it. On top of it all, the cocktails were soooo delicious. My husband and I could do some damage in there. Thank you for an overall amazing experience!!

We had dinner tonight at PAPI in Old Port!!! The food was absolutely incredible. Chef Ronnie makes some of the best dishes my husband and I have ever had. The ambiance was so warm and inviting and the staff were the sweetest people. Everyone was SO HAPPY to be working at PAPI!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, you could feel the community and love from everyone there.

Best drinks I’ve ever had in my life however, food is not totally authentic and a little overpriced. The $12 pinchos are mini and about the size of my finger which definitely is something I didn’t expect for a Puerto Rican Restaurant. Menu is also very limited and there is not a lot of options and most of the options could use a little more seasoning (imo). The ambiance is 10/10 and definitely makes you feel right at home in viejo San Juan. The service was amazing and the staff was super friendly!
