This is not a 5-star pizza establishment by any stretch of the imagination. The pizza is what you would expect at this price point. However I will have to say everything I tried (which was 2 well 3 or 4 of everything) was pretty darn good. But what made me give it 5 stars was they have mastered a simple concept that most establishments fail at. They nailed the customer service aspect. From the minute I walked in the door I felt that I was actually welcomed there and that the staff wanted to make my visit pleasurable. Sandy who was working the floor made a buffet restaurant seem like it had table service. Hats off to her for just being a wonderful person. Heck, the manager even stopped by the table to ask me how things were. Although I think he may have thought I was having a medical emergency when in fact I was just suffering from I ate too stinking much…

To start, the atmosphere is inviting. You walk in and it reminded me of a cleaner Chuck-E-Cheese. I ordered 3 buffets and the prices was 41 bucks, not bad at all for a pizza buffet. They immediately asked what pizza we would like on the bar and were very inviting. We then went to the bar and started grabbing some slices. They had a small selection but brought out a pizza/pizza-adjacent food almost every 2 minutes. Getting to the food, it was great for what your expect from pizza buffets, fresher and better quality than others. All in all, we will be back whenever we come up to Elijay again. Absolutely recommend!

Food was good and the service was exceptional! My daughter had bought a jolly rancher with her tickets from the games and then left it on the table when we left. We realized it in the parking lot and came back in. We couldn’t find it and before I realized it my daughter was telling the nice older gentleman working at the register she’d lost it. He was very kind and took her over to the prize booth and got her a new one. Even made sure she got the same color. All this happened as they were trying to close. Thanks for a simple act of kindness!

Online ordering was down. No big deal. We just called it in. However, the web pricing is not current (did not find out difference until pick up). When we were given the total it was $10 more than we thought it would be. We asked what the difference was and told the woman the online price and all she kept saying is extra cheese is not a topping and cost $1.80 more when online it was considered a topping. We were still not exactly sure how $1.80 equaled $10 but we didn’t want to argue. We ordered the Family Fest, 2 med 2 topping pizzas with wings and breadsticks.

Very good food. Staff will make requested pizzas, but sometimes the salad area gets messy. Prices are a bit high for “kids”. Over 8 must pay adult price for buffet, and $10.99 is a little much. But overall, pleased with our experience.

Always good!! We love Eddie and the entire staff. The restaurant is very clean and the food on the buffet is always fresh. We ate the buffet, but my 2 year old REALLY wanted a piece of pizza to take as a snack in the car- and of course Eddie sent Oliver with his “snackin’ pizza”.

Food was cold and hard my first and last time there over priced bar for nothing on the bar won’t be going back.
