You wanna know the crazy thing about this restaurants behavior when dealing with my cousin (who’s blind)? It’s too much social media influence and avenues that can negatively affect your business. Your customer service is appalling and down right disrespectful! Not only did you mock my cousin about being blind, after he called you all and admitted that you gave him extra food. Then you tell him he either has to pay for it or give it back with a nasty attitude, Like what?! He was doing y’all a favor, and y’all treat/talk to him like that. Yall are so unprofessional ! To the woman “acting” as if this is her franchise, baby you don’t run nothing but that smart mouth of yours. Those foreigners would never work under women, let alone ghetto, unprofessional, disrespectful women like yall. You’re quick to disrespect your own people and they allow you to because they don’t respect you neither! In our own neighborhoods while making them rich, and this is how you treat us?! I would never! This was a nightmare. Ordered the Mega Meal Deal for my daughter’s birthday and inside one of the slices was part of a latex glove. Took the pizza back for a refund and told the store does not issue refunds under any circumstances, I will be calling the corporate offices tomorrow.

The main person handling orders was on the phone. Another person was at second register but she probably was back of house staff. It took about 3 minutes of standing before I was asked if I’d like to order. I explained that a bus was chiming and I needed the order in 15 minutes or less. So I was glad when it was done in 10 minutes. The atmosphere of the place is basic, most of the tables and chairs were pushed to the side, chairs on the tables. Not many selections for a vegan customer. I settled on breadsticks, they were pretty good.

So this is what I got cheese and bread no pizza sauce at all. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza with chicken they put literally 3 pieces of chicken on it then I called the manager and she said I couldn’t get a new pizza or a refund. Mind you I was sharing with my co worker and she got 2 pieces . So she said because to many was missing she cant do anything really.Never ever will I order from here again and with the way she handled things she dont need to be in customer service.

Ordered lasagna for lunch and breadsticks….didn’t realize portions were so huge. Anyway I’ve eaten here before the pizza was good but wanted to try something different so I chose lasagna….what I got was penne pasta topped with a lot of cheese….wish it had been real lasagna but I just kept it anyway…it wasn’t bad…but next time I’ll know just stick to pizza.

My experience with Papa’s Pizza on West Grand Boulevard the food I had was terrible I ordered two rib tips dinner the real test was too chewing I couldn’t hardly swallow it and the some of the tips was very very hard and all they offered me when I called them was 15% off my next dinner it really sucked I’m sure the pizza tastes pretty good but the rib tip dinner that I had was terrible
