Good food, service, and views. Weather matters, of course. We happened to be there when hot air balloons were doing tours over the St. Croix River, which was super colorful and scenic. Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner.

The view is fantastic, but you do pay for it. Others have spoken to the great view as well. The drinks are reasonably priced. 8 bucks a beer, 13 for a cocktail.

3.5 score Scenic view is definitely a 10+, thin crust pizza was overcooked, almost tasteless, prices were high but reasonable, service was friendly & efficient though short-staffed. Family group with young children seemed to be having a great time. Business men in suits were eating and talking ignoring the view, tourists were taking selfies. I’ll try it again later at night for drinks and dessert. Every day I’ve spent in Stillwater has been a WIN!

The Roof top and the view was amazing. They definitely need to step up the quality of the food. The silverware and plates are extremely cheap. They have such a beautiful spot, I hope they can create dishes to match.

It was our first time coming to Stillwater and this restaurant, originally, we were going to go to Marx but it was full. While looking around for another Italian restaurant we drove towards the sound of ABBA and water and found Papa’s Rooftop.

Great menu and very well done. Lots of options. The caprese salad and steak tips were great. Good size portion and a good value. Our server Grace was super pleasant and efficient. Awesome view too. Highly recommend

Food definitely is not worth it. The bread that came with the Baked Brie was hard, the Mediterranean Plate was absolutely nasty, not much flavor and the crackers it came with were horrible and stale as well. The apps were not worth $18 each, maybe $6 each. I didn’t even want to pay for the meal, if you have expensive food on your menu, make it worth the price. It took an hour for them to get out one flatbread and two appetizers! They didn’t even give us our other flatbread.

Great service from our server. Horrible execution from the kitchen/restaurant. Should not take 30+ minutes for a cold Mediterranean Plate. Finally gave up waiting, paid for our drinks, and left. Wasn’t even busy Saturday at 1pm. Tables around us had similar issues.
