This is a tasty spot in Finn Hall for unique takes on tacos, enchiladas, tortas, etc. We really enjoyed the Chilaquiles and the Zanahoria Tacos. Papalo is in a shared space with multiple other food spots right on the light rail line. There was ample seating at 4p on Thursday for us.

It’s about average mexican adjacent food. The pork tacos I had were dry and salsa was extremely watered down. The brisket tacos were pretty decent. It’s fine if you find yourself in the Finn dinning hall and want Mexican food. There are much better options in the Finn dinning hall than Papalo.

I had the torta with a sunny side up egg, and it was delicious. Dripping with chipotle mayo, filled with ultra tender brisket, and topped with a savory bun that had everything flavor, this was a supreme lunch.
