The wife and I we’re craving some mexican cuisine after a long day on the river. We were passing through Oroville heading back to Chico and stopped off at Papacito’s. We ordered (and thoroughly enjoyed) the fajitas for two. Our server was attentive and friendly. After our meal she brought out some dessert with a lit candle as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The gesture was very thoughtful of her. If you’re looking for delicious, fresh and authentic mexican food Papacito’s is always a good choice.

The only reason i gave atmosphere only got a 4 is because i was quite sad that they had painted the walls of the Cantina for myself it was part of my growing up in this town but i am sure a lot of this town had memories on those walls it would have been nice to get my grandma’s words off wisdom in picture form i honestly didn’t think about it till I realized they were gone

This is one of my own and my wife’s favorite places to eat in Oroville. The service is always prompt, food is fresh and delicious, and the Tortilla soup is absolutely fantastic. It’s also a wonderful treat when you’re feeling under the weather. We’ve been here many times, and will continue to bring ourselves back for more.
