We had ordered two pizzas through the online site and said it would be ready in under 30 minutes. When we arrived, we confirmed they had our order and it would be ready in a few minutes. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes to find out our pizza was never made. We were told that they messed up but could not make us another pizza in a quick turnaround because the pizza maker had gone on break so we asked for a full refund. They agreed to refund the $ but upon review of the CC order, we were still charged. The business fraudulently doubled down in a CC dispute that we received our pizza. This business is dishonest and completely unorganized with zero accountability. Strongly advise going elsewhere.

The location does not serve this restaurant well at all. When we first arrived we were skeptical as many of the surrounding businesses were vacant, and coming into the restaurant there were two doors that caused some confusion as to which way to go. However, our expectations were far exceeded: the service is fast and friendly and the food is delicious. The house special cheese steak was hot right off the grill and the peppers, mushrooms and onions were all fantastic (and for only $10). The portions are on the larger size, but for the price of things it’s a great deal. All in all it’s a great, affordable experience for anyone in the area.

2nd time forgetting at least one item on my order and only a third visit! Got home from being out of town, thought I would try them again! Ordered two cheesesteaks, french fries, and mozzarella sticks. Picked it up and asked the counter girl if everything was included, and detailed my request.She just shook her head yes, gave me total amount and I paid. When I returned home and opened my package, the french fries were not there. I called, they put me on hold, and then said yes, the french fries were there but in another bag. Oh ok, that makes sense that french fries would be completely separate. The cheesesteak rolls were soft and soggy and the mozzarella sticks were just ok.They said I could have a refund. Well they just missed the point, and will miss customers when there are none! Not a place I would recommend!

We ordered on a Saturday at 6:15 and they were not busy at all. The counter girl took my order 3 LG pies. She apparently never wrote it on the ticket. They gave me 2 pizzas and I said I also have another. She went over to the pizza maker and whispered in his ear. He then said that my pizza would be another 20min. I said it is plain just give me the plain you just took out. He said no and preceded to tell me that it was my fault; that I should have noticed that the price was off.

Had never been to this restaurant before. Never again! We ordered two dinners, which include salad and bread per menu. Watress #1 goes to kitchen with our order. Waitress #1 comes back with drinks and says they are out of salad. Ok. Hmm. We asked if we could have soup to substitute. She had to go ask. Then Waitress #2 comes over and says no, but could give us broccoli. I told her I can’t eat broccoli. She says let me go ask. Both #1 & #2 come back and tell us they have to go salads, (oh really???) but then we can’t have bread. Paid $3.71 for a soda and walked out. Outrageous! Unbelievable. They had salad they could have used. The waitresses appeared afraid to ask the “boss” anything. No way to run a restaurant.

2 stars for the pizza. My boys likes the pizza. My daughter ordered chicken Alfredo. I have better Alfredo sauce in the supermarket. I had chicken francaise. I have never been to an Italian restaurant, that had such bad food. My 2 tiny pieces of chicken was swimming in some nasty sauce and pasta. The chicken in the picture looks bigger than it really was.

Large group order was not ready at promised time which is understandable, I was very patient BUT was shorted an order of garlic knots and I called and was told refund will be processed, nothing yet. No apologies from anyone or anything! Customer service at its weakest!!
