Well had a slice the first time I came here and it was great. Today I placed a timed order for a pizza (may have been a little complicated for someone new, a specialty pizza minus one topping, add another). First pizza was wrong and they forgot my salad dressing. I asked for a remake. New guy wanted me to check it in the car but I trusted that they wouldn’t screw it up twice. Got home, the pizza was missing both of the meat toppings,I also couldn’t tast the garlic sauce it was supposed to have. and the salad was missing chicken that I paid extra for. I called to talk to the manager, at this point I just wanted a refund. Mind you I was polite through all of this. When I got to the store(with my 2 yr old in tow) to get my refund, the guys working didn’t apologize or anything. They made it feel like I was being difficult. I understand mistakes happen but that was terrible customer service and I won’t be going back, which is sad because the food was really good the first time and if it would have been made correctly I would have had no problem paying 26 dollars for a medium pizza and salad.

This pizza is us always very good; they are very generous w/cheese & toppings, & it’s nice to be able to grab drinks or other stuff in the convenience store when you pay. Employee turnover seems a little high but we’ve always had good experiences. It would be nice to see the paper mailer coupons available online.

Got an extra large deep dish with flavored crust and bread sticks. Highly recommend both. My only complaint was we requested extra sauce on the pizza but didn’t seem like we got it. We will be getting it again.

best customer service in walled lake, i really enjoyed my time in here. I bought a grilled italian chicken and it was mesmerizing. Mike is an excellent cook, he prepared my sub delightfully. i highly recommend this place to everyone. too good to be true.

My friend ordered a pizza from here and they forgot to deliver the pizza. They let it sit in the warmer for over 45 minutes and thought it was still ok to deliver this pizza. Not only did they make the pizza wrong, but it was so dried out that we almost had to add water to rehydrate this pizza. To top all of it off I got food poisoning from this pizza. Never again will I order from Papa Romano’s and definitely not from this one!

Loved the steak and cheese Calzone. Very over stuffed very tasty At 4.99 great deal. I also got a 4 piece chicken dinner with fries and a drink for 6.99. Staff was friendly and they always have slices ready. The sauce is amazing..

The walled lake one is so much better then the one in Commerece. The guys that work there are really funny and their pizza is awesome. I will not be going back to the commerce even though it’s down the street I will drive a little further to go to the one in walled lake. My husband is picky and when tried the one I bought he liked it a lot. I also like they put chunky veggies and meat on the pizza.
