Absolutely and unbelievably unreliable, this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery from here and they’ve sent the driver on their way to me with half of my order. I ordered a large deep dish with bread sticks and a 2 liter and they show up with just the pizza, after calling and them reassuring me they would send someone right out with the rest of my order. Here I sit an hour and a half later still with no beverage or bread sticks. I will never again order from this poorly run business.

The ladies who cashed me out were nothing but kind! Who I believe to be the owner continuously harassed me on how they already closed by the time I got there to pick up my order.. and calling me by name just to make a rude comment. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 14 and I understand people coming in at close is frustrating .. I unfortunately didn’t realize how early they closed because most papa Romano’s are open till atleast 9-10pm… nothing less that’s not how you treat people! I left crying, felt embarrassed as it was knowing they were closed.. Hope for others that they have a better experience than I did. I will not be spending any more money here.

pizza is great but i ordered a super Italian foot long and it had one thin layer of salami and a thin layer of ham. They were the thinnest slices its like all bun no meat at all. I’m very upset I wasted my money.
